They gave me a coffee only half full and charged full price for it. Amongst my large order I did not catch it till I got back to the campsite. Tried calling back 3 times and no one would answer. Not busy when I got there, no excuses. They suck.

This place is mad disrespectful I was trying to order 2 bagels and a large coffee with cream and sugar they kept saying they couldn’t hear me and understand me I told them multiple times there was 3 lady’s of color just kept making fun of me and my accent I don’t think this was okay to me personally. Their hospitality wasn’t correct personally to me like I said I hope their management talks to them about their attitude.

Service is horrible, you don’t get what you ordered since people don’t know how to listen to someone while they’re ordering. They didn’t bag half of our food and just threw the apple fritter in a bag with no wrap or anything on it.

Lady at the window gave me this when it was supposed to be a strawberry dragon fruit refresher ? when I asked her if she was sure (because it was clearly orange and not pink) she said “yea that’s what you ordered” girl, this is a peach passion fruit refresher ? my snakin bacon was stone cold as well.

I don’t know why they do not have the same things advertised as other stores. I wanted a chocolate croissant, they told me they didn’t carry those. I wanted some pumpkin munchkins, they told me they didn’t have them. And I’m pretty sure the same thing happened with their sweet pepper bacon sandwich back when they had that too. I will order something on the app and then when I get there, they will tell me “oh, our restaurant doesn’t carry that“ it is very frustrating and very annoying!Please fix your restaurant to be more honest. I hate being told one thing & the finding out it’s not true.
Disappointed. I came in with my daughter to get coffee. Drive thru was moving one car out every seven minutes. I got out of the drive thru and went inside. Even slower. Stood in line for over ten minutes and the counter took one order.Looks like there were only three people working, but they weren't really moving quickly on things.Left before even ordering - probably will not be back.
