Multiple times my family has been here between 4 and 5 they are always out of donuts. They are already cleaning.I asked when they stopped making donuts and was told between 2 and 3 but they are open until 7. ?Disappointed cause this shop is right next to us.

Pretty good donuts, but a little skimpy on the filling, and a fairly small selection. The server was talking loudly to other workers instead of focusing on her customers.The prices seemed pretty reasonable and I wasn't prompted to leave a tip.Getting to the store from Interquest isn't all that convenient, even though it's highly visible.

Unbelievably slow drive-through.Waited in drive-through line for 12 minutes before leaving. There were 4 cars in front of me and only 2 got their order in 12 min.

Bought my parents a gift card for Christmas from this store. They took their grandkids for doughnuts and it turns out the gift card was never activated. DD wants to know if I have a receipt from several months ago. Super lame and now I’m out the $25 I spent in December. (it’s Feb). Lame.

I am disappointed to share my recent experience with Dunkin' Donuts. Despite the advertised closing time of 7 pm, both the lobby and drive-thru were unexpectedly closed, leaving me without the service I anticipated. This inconsistency in operating hours has significantly impacted my perception of the brand's reliability.

I asked for extra bacon on my sandwich, paid for it, but didn't get it. I asked for a large latte and got a medium latte in a large cup. This place is terrible. Most Dunkin' Donuts are terrible now. They've got Dunkin in Isnotrael, so i guess I'm done eating here anyway.

This is probably the worst location in the springs. Disorganized, ran by children. Every time I have gone, my order is wrong, they don’t check tickets or they lose them and just pass out whatever is made and hope you don’t notice.
