Decided on a whim to get some doughnuts. Went to the front door and it was locked. Girls inside looked at me and kept working. I tried the front door it was also locked. I don't know if the lobby is still closed because of covid but that was 2 yrs ago, a note at the door would have been nice. I'm not buying baked goods I can't see

Worst dunkin in colorado springs. They have nothing and what they do have is hard and stale. And on top of terrible food they forget important stuff like straws and what you did order. Go to literally any other dunkin honestly.

If you enjoy the taste of sugar water this is the coffee place for you! Honestly tho, the coffee tasted like water with sugar in it. Not at all happy. Terrible coffee

Dunkin’ Donuts sucks in this state. Nothing but strawberry or chocolate frosted in the afternoon. All the locations, not just this one, seem to cut corners on cost and never have any other varieties past maybe 8/9 am. East coast you can get all varieties all day. I hate them here. What’s worse is the competition such as Krispy Kreme does have a variety all day but they wouldn’t be my go to if DD did as well.

Wanted to get donuts for my work on the way. Arrived about an hour after they open and not a single person was there. All the lights were on but there was no one to help. Completely unprofessional. Wasted time this morning going to Dunkin instead of somewhere else and won’t be going back.

I remember this place during my 10 years in the Springs area until I was assigned to Denver M.E.P.S. (Military Entry Processing Station) in 2000 retired in 2006 from Fort Carson. During my time in the Springs I normally visited this store as it was owned by an American man and Korean lady that I assumed were married both worked hard everyday making donuts and serving coffee with a smile. On Sundays this place was packed with old fogies after church and shooting the breeze with coffee in hand. Many pleasant memories here. I noticed from current pictures this location went thru some renovations and the stools were removed which is sad. :(Vegetarian options: Not many options for vegans.Dietary restrictions: Ain't none, everything is so good and unhealthy. Lol.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the donuts.Wheelchair accessibility: Not easy to navigate inside the store.

Just a reminder, either you get here before 8 am or you don't get a donut because they are sold out. Makes sense why they dropped the "donut" off their name.

Absolutely worst Dunkin in the springs. They should just close down. Never have anything in stock/working- why even open?!
