I have been stolen from for over two months without knowing every day I went. To this location or any other that changes 35% up charges for NO ICE IN MY DRINK. I SEE THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE AND FROM THE MANY TIMES I HAD ISSUE WITH THE FOOD I WAS CONTENT ON THE DRINKS ONLY. TO GET A RECEIPT SHOWING $1.75 UP CHARGES FOR NO ICE WAS ABSOLUTELY RADICAL. HALF OF MY ORDERS TASTED HORRIBLE AND HAD TO BE REMADE. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE DUNKINS IN THE C SPRINGS. I DRIVE AN EXTRA 15 TO GO TO THY ONE ONE AUSITIN BLUFFS.

Always out of donuts. For being a donut shop. They should probably keep their main product in stock.

I tried to be nice. I rarely ever will come back to ask for something to be remade, but my drink was like drinking liquid candy. I came in and tried to ask nicely about my drink and see if it could be remade , but the lady behind the counter was just rude. She basically just waved her arms and said "Sorry, ma'am, that's the way it's made." I've had this drink before and it's never been this sweet. I wanted to see if they could remake it with less sweetener, but she just proceeded to get louder, talking over me and saying the same thing over and over again until I left. I feel somewhat attacked. I'm close to tears.

8 dollars for 4 regular donuts is a bit much even though the menu said 1 dollar classic donuts.

Only get doughnuts and coffee if you come to this location. Received 5 burnt greasy hashbrowns for my order. Like they just microwaved previous burnt ones. My daughter’s pancake wrap had a hair in it. They seemed annoyed when I pointed it out. Food was super gross. Won’t be coming back to this location ever.

Bought donuts for a friend who asked for them in hospital...EVERY SINGLE DONUT FROM THE DOZEN WAS OLD, HARD, AND EXTREMELY DISTASTEFUL.A young man by the name of Chase, aka "Bigfoot " sold them to us. He was a pleasant person but we got $30 worth of trash from him.

While Lady Glittersparkles shares a frustrating experience, it's important to consider the other side of the story. The weather conditions might have posed unforeseen challenges for the Dunkin' Donuts staff. Cold weather can impact transportation, safety, and overall operational efficiency. The decision to close might have been made to prioritize the well-being of employees or to prevent potential accidents. Moreover, businesses need to adapt to changing circumstances, and decisions like closing due to weather conditions are often made with the best interests of both employees and customers in mind. It's possible that the weather conditions worsened unexpectedly, prompting the closure. Understanding the complexities of running a business in varying conditions helps to appreciate the rationale behind such decisions.Lady Glittersparkles' disappointment is valid, but it's essential to recognize that businesses, including Dunkin' Donuts, operate in a dynamic environment where unforeseen circumstances can impact their ability to provide services as initially planned.

Hello there this is Lady Glittersparkles comin at you. This story starts with me getting up for work this morning. I woke up at 5:20 in the morning, getting dressed and smelling delicious for a nice day at work. You know work isn’t all fun and sprinkles but , I don’t really like work as much as others should. As I was working throughout the day, my usual 7 to 3 job, we decided “hey why don’t we get Dunkin’ Donuts after work”. As we were planning ahead we decided to head to this specific area due to it being convenient to our job. When we were heading there I checked to see if it was open and at the time it said it was open. So I was like let’s get some doughnuts. As we parked and got out the car, there was a small little sign on the door that said, “We’re closed due to cold weather”. And the first thing that came to my mind was how dumb it was that they said open on the site, and that the weather actually got better exponentially. So I don’t see the reason why they closed it at 2. What has this economy put into peoples head about how low weathers going to hurt you. I understand if there working outside but, they don’t. So this is written to show everyone that the world does not run on Dunkin. Haha you saw what I did there.

Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin. It’s always pretty below average, but today was mediocre. I went through the drive through and ordered egg & cheese wake up wraps.. the rude lady damn near threw the bag in my car and goes ‘here’ and closed the window. The egg and cheese / wrap weren’t even warmed up.. they literally just put it in a wrap and handed it to me. I sat there and they didn’t come back to ask if I needed something so I had to park and go in. Went I went in and told the guy who came over to me, he met me with attitude & didn’t even apologize. They remade them, and they were half falling out. So I had one side of the wrap with egg and cheese slightly melted, and the other half was just a plain wrap.To the people that work there: It’s not anyone’s fault that you don’t like your job, and that’s where you decided to work. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. We pay money to purchase food that you just slap together and don’t even bother to make properly.. plus you’re all rude. Get over yourselves, for real.
