Some of the kids working in this location have unecessary attitudes. Sometimes the Freeze machines make the drinks nothing but whipped air and it’s undrinkable like that.I asked if they could remake it with a different machine and the girl acted like I killed her then said i hope you like this one with an attitude. If I pay 7 bucks for a drink I want to be able to drink it ??♀️they shouldn’t even hand out drinks that are coffee on bottom and 3/4 whipped air on top. Im only mentioning it because it happens more frequently

I try something new every-time I go. So far not a single bad drink and there is plenty to select from. Golden Eagle was so good, I forgot to take picture until after it was gone.

A young lady who works here just screamed at me at 635 AM. I go to park my truck, and get out to get a coffee for myself and a pup cup for my service dog and she slides open the window and yells at me before I even stepped out of my vehicle that the walk up window is closed today? Since when? I come here often, and have NEVER been treated so poorly. This type of customer service is beyond unacceptable, as a business owner I would fire that employee. It is not hard to tell someone politely that the walk up window is closed. It is also should not hard for anyone in customer service to treat their customers with respect. You guys aren’t in high school, you’re a young adult, but yet have zero clue on how to treat customers. That is wild. If this was my location, I wouldn’t retrain this young woman she would be let go, and that would be a stern warning to other employees. If you don’t like working here, find another job. If you can’t treat customers the way you want to be treated, find another job. Having a bad morning is NOT an excuse to treat others anyway you want, get control of your emotions.

Went to this location this morning to get two coffee’s. When I pulled up there was no one out taking orders and there was only cars in the left line. I was going to go in the right line but I didn’t want to cut the other two cars ahead of me so I just went behind the car in the left lane. Figured they weren’t out taking orders because it was cold and not busy. Two cars pulled up a couple minutes after me and went to the right line, then two people came out to take orders and went to the people that pulled in after me to the right. While they were taking their orders the line moved up so I moved up behind the car ahead of me. Then one of the girls came up to take my order and said very rudely “next time you need to wait until we take your order cause it throws off the orders”. I said “well I was here before the other cars to the right of me”. She said “well still you need to wait” and rudely took my order and ran back inside. When I pulled up the girl at the window started rambling off a long order that was not mine. I said I had the two coffees, she replied even ruder then the first girl “did you see the sign to go to the shortest line?” I said “no and I have never had such rude people at a Dutch Brothers”. She rolled her eyes at me and said “neither have I”. Wow I guess now I know to go to the shorter line even if I’m cutting people, and to never go to this location again. I have never had worse customer service anywhere and usually the people that work at Dutch Bros are very friendly and happy.
