I just paid $10 for one sandwich. And they have the nerve to prompt a tip..... I'll enjoy this one sandwich but I will never return...... Seems like a money hungry company. I have neverrrrr in my life paid $10 just for a sandwich nothing else. I'm so upset, I don't Evan want my food. You want your workers tipped. Maybe lower the prices to what the sandwich is actually worth. After a 10 minute wait. I get my food. Has way to much sauce on it. Something is spicy, it just fell apart soon as I tried biting it. Oh and no napkins, nothing in the bag. So I pre tipped for something tht was horribly made, no napkins and not worth it to begin with. Super friendly staff and delicious food! Happily remade my order and even gave me a coupon when they accidentally added cheese to my dairy free sandwich. (Atmosphere only got a four and not a five because it's a drive thu only place.)

Food was decent, but we've had better from other Einstein locations. Person taking orders inside was clearly overwhelmed while also taking orders for the drive through. Her attitude was short and on several occassions, while sitting inside she could be heard complaining about what we suspected was a customer. Our biggest concern was for the cleanliness. The only women's restroom was out of order, there was an eggshell and raw egg whites and raw yolk sitting directly on the counter, visible and accessible to patrons, along with piles of crumbs and burnt food. Foodborne illness waiting to happen. Even when the eggshell was finally picked up, the raw whites and yolk were left among the crumbs. It raises concerns for how the rest of the surfaces were throughout food prep areas. Drink station and dining tables appeared sticky and full of crumbs as well.

I was there at 11:40 today and had to deal with worst manager I've dealt with in a long time. Very rude and dishonest. I recommend going anywhere, but here.My daughter ordered a drink and after watching several people get their drinks before her I asked about the status of her order. She said we were on her screen, but there were several people ahead of us, which was untrue as we were ahead of everyone that was currently in the restaurant.

I finally walked to a nice inside Einstein Bagel. They were friendly and great service. I really have issues with Einstein not allowing people to sit inside and enjoy their meal or coffee. They need open up and allow people to enjoy being in their establishment

There still is no dine in and the tables have signs saying so. The staff response is they are still following COVID protocols. Waisted my time coming here. The Italian shop next door let me sit and have coffee and a biscotti there. This is 2023 going to 2024, get with the times please.

Waited in the drive thru for nearly 25 minutes for 3 bagels, making us late for my kid's class and the kicker?!?! Bagels were not even warmed.

Put in an order on the app for the Centennial and Garden of the Gods location, got an error message that the first payment did not go through but was charged twice for the same order (a total of 160$). Called the store and they referred me to the corporate contact form, who never got back to me. Will not be going there again and will leave this review on all their local franchises.

Sad to see this place losing their touch. Food quality is way worse than in the past. Also the 10 cars sitting idle in the drive thru for 20 mins was discouraging. I hope they figure it out or I won’t be back.

Do not get the chorizo burrito. For some reason, the tortilla is sweet; and the thing gave me food poisoning. For some reason the dining room is still closed for indoor dining. I guess they're still stuck in 2020
