We came here for lunch after leaving the zoo. It was nice that they had shaded outdoor seating for us to enjoy our food. I got 3 street style tacos all different meats with a pineapple drink. The food didn't take long to get. I think the only true thing missing from all 3 of my tacos was some spice. I guess I could've ordered jalapeños with it, but my mom had 2 sauces that came with her taco plate so I made it work. It was good for a Saturday lunch.

Ok. This is THE BEST burger I've had since moving here in 2017! Grilled onions if you want them, and the beef is fresh from Ranch foods in front of them. For 11.99, I received a double cheeseburger and a good portion of seasoned fries served with their Chapin sauce. 10/10.

Great taco truck stand set up. Tables and chairs. Two separate trucks that offer the Mexican food and the other that offers more choices like burgers and fries. Chicken tacos were amazing and reasonably priced. Good chicken to onion/cilantro ratio. Great flavor. I preferred their green salsa over the red. Customer service was good. Parking was plentiful, as was seating.

Today I had 3 chicken street tacos and they rocked my world and filled me up, the grilled chicken is perfect and I love the additions of radish, lime and grilled onions. Super affordable as well. An experience to remember. This place is a hidden gem, somehow still in a food truck (they have another food truck connected with them where they serve hamburgers as well. Haven't tried that yet. I consider myself to be a Mexican food snob, and like California Mexican food typically the best. The place has an absolutely great atmosphere. I feel like I had lunch in Mexico. The service was outstanding. The cooks and counter workers were more than kind and friendly. So much that I was surprised. They are the type of people that get to know their clients and ask how they are in a brief but fun and satisfying way. And the food... Outstanding. I've only had one item on the menu, but my plan it to become a regular customer and try most of their items. Super highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Depending on how busy it is it might not be fast pick up, but it’s always delicious. Luis the owner is a very kind and thoughtful business owner. Awesome service and always friendly. Come support a small business! Their breakfast and burgers are my fav. You get a free meal for every tenth purchase with the punch card. Don’t forget to bundle up on colder days! (It’s worth it)
El Chapin be slappin! No joke at all, one of my new favorite spots all around. Great service, friendly faces, delicious food and plenty of choices! This place is about to be a weekly spot for me to stop by! Pineapple burger is fire! Chorizo Breakfast burrito on point! Plus everything else.i have tried so far is just as amazing!

One of the better Mexican food trucks in the Springs. I had the tacos Chavinnes ( not sure of spelling) as I had never tried them. They were kind of like flautas. Deep fat fried chicken tacos served with cabbage, salsa and fresh tomatoes. All very good. Next time I will try the regular ones. They have a covered seating area which is nice in warmer weather. Food is prepared freshly so expect to wait a little if it is crowded.
