What happened? This used to be our go to wing stop. My friend came in on a late night flight and stopped for dinner. The wings are TINY and they have changed their sauces. RIP Fat Shack. We will miss what you used to be.

Edit to add that they reached out and offered to fix their mistake, and I will update again when I try it one last time.Came in at an off time because i know they usually only have one person working. Went with a friend who had never been, so I wanted him to have a good experience. I knew as soon as I walked in that it was not gonna happen. The guy leaning on the counter never moved when we approached. Didn't even say hello. If you don't care enough to acknowledge my presence, I can only imagine the quality of food you are going to make me. It's such a shame because Fat shake used to be a great place. Your front people say everything about your business. He spoke volumes.

Definitely worth a visit. Super friendly! Food is great. I a little pricey, but worth it.
2 hour wait on Uber order and still never happened. If you're too busy to make a sandwich maybe just cancel them instead of having us wait all night for nothing!

Probably not the best idea to make fun, ridicule, and laugh at customers when it’s their first time here and they have questions. Wish I didn’t tip after hearing that coming from the back.The food is great though. But damn I don’t know if I’ll come back after this and I was a regular.

I am shocked! How did the bland, flavorless sandwich get a 4.1? The cheeesteak is totally like a wet paper towel. No flavor! Seriously, I get the novelty of throwing multiple fried foods in a roll and calling it a sandwich. You eat it once, to say you tried it. But you don’t actually go back!

Food was average had traditional wings, Burger and Fries. It smelt weird inside though almost wanted to just walk out. Guy in front was nice but everything was just average.
