A good double cheese burger and strange but tasty string fries at Freddy's today. Business seemed really slowand even no customers at all for the lunch hour? Good customer service even if the employees don't smile or say thank you. I'd visit again. Getting into this store, and getting out, is a traffic nightmare. Still, 5 Thumbs Up.

First of all. When I came in to order for my wife and I. It took 3-5 minutes before someone took my order. On top of this. The employees don’t even wear non slips. Took forever to get the order. The food wasn’t even that great. Other locations are not this bad. This is the only location that sucks.

My husband and I decided to come here for dinner. We decided to do takeout so he went in to ordered our food it took 3 minutes to get to him and longer to get our food . Then plus 2 of the employees were wearing sneakers, which isn’t safe at all and then on top of that they thought he ordered ice cream And I can’t have ice cream because I’m lactose intolerant. We will never come to this location again. They are so slow and we got here at about seven and it took 30 minutes at least We’ve had problems with Freddys before because they always put cheese on my bur when my husband specifically tells them I’m lactose intolerant or no cheese. But at the other two locations we’ve been to we’ve never had an issue but at this location we’re not coming again

As soon as I walked into there I saw this big chunk of mold on the floor and it smelled like old grease. The service was ok and we felt rushed. (I was with a group of people) When I sat down at my seating area the floor was dirty and crumbs everywhere. The food was way too greasy. I would never come here again.

First the cash register door was jammed, took for ever to be able to pay cash and receive my change. Ordered a patty melt and fries. I watched the kitchen as they made my food, my fries were put in the basket and my chili dog, then they bagged up food for the drive up window. Then the manager comes out to me and asked for my receipt. She then says they are out of rye bread for the patty melt, which I replied should of been told that at time of my order! I said just make it with your buns then, so she tells the young cook and he begins to make the sandwich, moving about as slow as a snail. He was more concerned with talking to two other young men. Well finally my sandwich was put in a basket and served to me, by this time the chili dog and fries were ice cold, just like the dining room was cold, had to eat cold food and wear my coat to eat, ??? the four people working around 5 pm all need to be fired by the ownership, including the woman manager!!! Obviously I will never return to this location again. The other two locations are ten miles away from my house, so What a Burger and anywhere else will get my business forever!!!! Oh and if you have eaten there, you know how thin the meat paddies are, one of mine was full of holes, it looked just like a slice of Swiss Cheese .. Diners do your self a favor and go elsewhere to eat a fast food burger!!!! Goodbye

Food was extremely salty. I ordered the cheese curds and they were balls of salt. Chocolate shake was chocolate overload. Not the steak burger I expected. Tables were dirty, my wife and I had to clean our own table. Service workers were polite and nice though. Overall 2 starts just on the food. The people I give 4
