Their menu is very inaccurate with the photos provided and you do not get what you order. I ordered a Raspados and I was practically eating shaved ice with no flavor. They also did NOT provide fresh cut up mango's in it as seen above on their menu. They also charged for Chamoy on the side when it clearly comes with it.

Before I start this I want you to know I have only tried one thing there and it was bad but there is always other stuff and it looked pretty good. This review is on the Mexican fruit cup. The food/Mexican fruit cup was horrible in my opinion you got to choose your fruit and I think I choose grapes, watermelon, muskmelon, and pineapple. When I got it I got a fan-sty straw and a fork don't know what the straw was for because it was horrible. I got it and I thought it would smell amazing but it did not and then I was like smell doesn't show you everything so I tried the food and as soon as I tried it I got a headache. The service was pretty good and the only reason I am giving this 2 stars. The ambiance was the mall so you know that it was good!!

This place is delicious all around, as a mexican they get mexican stamp of approval. Wish they had more places like this colorado springs... they make some killer fruit cravings. i always end up getting the fruit with the mango ice cream on top. Last time i got the strawberries and cream with granola and coconut sprinkles on it and it was simply delicious in every possible, my mouth had a vacation with all inclusive drinks by the beach...

Old school experience, great diverse shops and solid food court. My favorite place to walk and unwind.

We used to come to the mall at least every week, I realized it has been a year or more since I was last here. Don't take this review too seriously, we basically came to use the food court. I used to come to Dillard's all the time, but the reduced size and close-out Dillard's just doesn't cut it for me. The one at Chapel Hills disappoints me as well, just doesn't seem to give the deluxe shopping experience this one did.

I consciously avoid this mall. The area is worn out, looking a bit on the trashed aide, almost always have smart alec punks hanging about. Yep, it sucks.

We love this mall, particularly the food court and Dillard's. The best mall in the Springs!

It's the mall in the middle of Colorado Springs. It has become rundown over the years. It's not necessarily shady but I wouldn't go there after dark. This visit mall security was kicking out a group of girls for fighting. The stores they have there are good and they are even putting in more kid friendly places for kids to play. There is a food court that has a lot of restaurant and the mall has the a hooters. There are three different staggered levels so the maps can be confusing.

If you're from Hawaii or you've ever visited Hawaii, you'll understand my reference to Citadel Mall. If Pearlridge and Windward Mall had a cousin, it would be Citadel Mall. The layout is similar that it's pretty eerie because it's in Colorado Springs. While the variety of stores and eats in the mall is a good selection, it's some of the people that hang out at the mall that will have you hesitate in shopping at this mall and have you looking elsewhere to shop where you will not feel uneasy especially during the evening. Should you decide to check out this mall, park where it's crowded and go during the day. That's my preference.

This place is a dump. We used to go shopping here all the time. Stores aren't even decent. The place is filthy. Do not shop here.

This mall is nothing close to big or extravagant. It is just a standard mall. Regular stores, but not all of them have much stuff in it. The last few times I have come to shop here, I left disappointed at not finding enough selection, especially in the burlington. Food court is decent at best. Not a place one would go to hang out or spend a day at. There is nothing special about it in my opinion. It is evident that this place isn't what it used to be. Chapel hills mall is a bit better and more lively.

Wow this place has gone downhill since I started living in Colorado Springs. That's the only way to describe this place. A former shell of its existence slowly slipping deeper into mall death. The crowds that frequent it, while never the best even when the Citadel was doing well financially, have really gotten worse over the time its been open. Entire groups of people rudely pushing their way through others. The anchor stores look like they're falling apart, the pet store looks like it buys its pets from a pet farm so obvious it advertises on the highway as a puppy mill, and every store seems to be the direct employer of every angst ridden teenager in the city. Just shop on Amazon and save yourself the trouble.

This is the playground, dirty and super small. I was there a week ago and I see the same trash as last time. Mediocre mall, mediocre playground.
