Waited in Walgreens parking lot for about 30 minutes for a single quesadilla. Ended up being skipped. Upon seeing me approaching the truck, they quickly throw a tortilla on the grill, terribly throw together a quesadilla, and then tell me thanks as they toss it into a bag. Would not recommend to a friend. Maybe an ex, though.

Stumbled upon this food truck and wow am I glad I did. The gorditas are amazing. The hot salsa is very very spicy and delicious. Horchata is perfect. Great food, great prices, and well worth the short wait for freshness. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Gorditas! Large burrito but heavy on the beans. Good flavor! I look forward to trying the other options, but those gorditas are worth a stop on their own. Off street parking. Don't be afraid to ask questions. The husband and wife team are very friendly and take the time to explain menu items.

I love their gorditas! They are incredibly delicious and comforting. I was recommended the chicharron as one of their favorites, but I personally have texture issues with it. However, my favorites are the chorizo and potatoes, the beans and cheese, and the pork and nopales. All are just like a little corn pocket (they have flour too) of happiness in your hand. Takes a few minutes to prepare (nothing wild), the folks are super nice, prices are fair... Be sure to tip well!
