Amazing place with very nice friendly people who work here! The food is amazing and it's nice to come in and not have to worry about the menu if your gluten free or vegan because that's what they focus on. Immediately when you walk in it smells amazing. You can dine in or they will pack it to go for you. They do cakes, pastries, sandwiches and more I imagine! I hope they stay in business through COVID! This is my new go to spot!

We had them make a custom order babka which was awesome. Really like their other stuff. Beat gf bakery we've been to before and really appreciate they were totally into making a random Jewish desert they'd never heard of before.

Wow!! It’s all I can say. This place was amazing. Solid gluten free bakery Had so many options of gluten free lunch food and baked goods. They had more baked good and lunch foods than we can find at home in Texas in a metroplex. My son was so stoked to get chicken tenders and mozzarella cheese sticks. Lucked out and got the last loaf that just came out of the oven. Also got a few croissants that we can’t wait to try along with biscuits and cinnamon rolls. So we are set for a bit and at least I don’t have to hand make biscuits. Very excited to try them. Our son has a gluten allergy and it’s been so long that he’s had any of the goodness.Everyone was super nice including the owner. So worth our side trip.Thanks for being open and amazing nice!!

This place is a hidden gem for vegan food in the Springs! They have incredible options that I have not seen anywhere else. Donuts, brownies, muffins, mozzarella sticks, pizza...you name it! I am blown away each time I go! They have food for everyone’s needs and at an affordable price. Love this place!!

Ordered the Parker House Rolls and cinnamon rolls as a treat over Thanksgiving weekend. Sooooo good! My husband could not believe they were gluten free. It was basically the only thing my daughter ate for Thanksgiving. I'm glad they liked them, because I could have eaten the whole batch myself--I haven't had dinner rolls that good in 10+ years. Excited to try other items, like their pizza kits and onion rings. And more dinner and cinnamon rolls for Christmas! Service was good and pick up was easy.

I discovered I.C.Bing right before Thanksgiving and I am so glad I did! I ordered biscuits and stuffing for our family meal. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! The staff there is great, too! Highly recommend.

They are amazing! Not only the food but the staff! I had placed an order and deliver was messed up through the delivery service. IC Bing and I worked through it. Not only did they take over the delivery but they add extra to my order. They are all about the quality and services!

We just took our family to eat here and they never disappoint! The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were AMAZING! Onion rings people... I am still shocked at how good they were! Ahh to feel normal again! The staff could not be more kind and thoughtful. My girls LOVED their food and they do not have celiac or gluten problems.. that should say something about their food! God bless them and their business... let's support our local businesses!

The most incredible gluten free food. I had fried mozzarella sticks for the first time in 14 years. They brought a tear to my eyes they were so perfect. I also tried their million-dollar mac and cheese. It was so cheesy and Rich. They also offered me a sample of their white Wonder Bread this is the only bread we should ever have to eat I will never go buy anything from the freezer again. they also beat outside the breadbox.

They are amazing, they have all the gluten free and vegan options that everyone needs. I absolutely love the vegan meatball sub, its delicious. The food also isn't dry like some gluten free food that I've had before I came here was. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars then Inwould totally do it!

I just had my 1st of many orders at I.C. Bing! L O V E D my gluten-free vegan Philly pizza! Not a chincy bologna skin of a pizza.. but a DELICIOUS, filling, healthy pizza stacked with whole food toppings!I couldn't eat one more bite after 3 slices, but my family helped me by gobbling up the rest. Mom loved her gf club sandwich!My birthday just passed and I went cake-less bc I wanted to remain gluten-free...but now no need to do that again since they have cakes and cookies and cupcakes and cinnamon rolls of all kinds! Can you tell I'm excited?! Its nice to have choices for a change when you have food intolerances. ❤We will definitely be making this our regular place. When I was in there I saw that they deliverer with grub hub. YAY!!!

I looked up “Gluten-Free bakery near us”, since you never know what a new city has in stored for you. Walked in not sure what to really expect and I am so happy I did. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They made a last minute special order for us since the owner heard we were headed back to Houston tomorrow morning. They have a little bit of everything but my favorite part is they cater to your special allergy, all you have to do is let them know. Since most Celiacs have more than one allergy, this was super helpful for me. Super happy I found them!! Definitely give them a try if you are in the area, you won’t regret it! Can’t wait to come back and visit again on our next trip!!
