Incredibly over priced and always slow service. Prices continue to increase and portions continue to get smaller. Service continues to be slow. It shouldnt cost $13 to get four pancakes.

Service was great and staff was very friendly. I decided to get the t-bone steak (which I did not realize was going to be pork) which I got medium rare, but the steak was too thin to be able to get a medium rare cook on it, and it seemed to be underseasoned. I am also not sure that it was even 10 oz either. It mostly seemed to be a problem stemming from IHOP as a whole, rather than this particular restaurant.
We LOVE this ihop! The food is always fresh and delicious. But even more so the service is amazing! They are always so responsive, friendly and remember us when we come. Also Heather is the best, she remembers us every time we come in and is just awesome!!

The service was the absolute best part of the visit! I hadn’t been to IHOP in several years and have always enjoyed their light & fluffy buttermilk pancakes — which are still pretty phenomenal!
There special not cheep anymore. Expensive prices I hope they keep it like this.

Got there at about 6am as shift change was happening. Our Server took our order and cashed us out. We ordered an order for here and an order to-go, in-coming staff boxed the entire order and our server noticed before she left for the day and rushed to get powdered sugar and butter for the for-here French toast we had. Absolutely fantastic service.
