Employees don’t do as Jersey Mike employees should there was no greeting and didn’t even make the sandwiches properly. I ordered 4 hot sub to eat in the restaurant and none came out hot or even warm. Do better. And no they weren’t busy at all it was us and another couple people. So if you want a hot sandwich or decent customer service don’t come here

So I'm in line behind a customer that brought his order for 11 sandwiches pre written down. He has his sheet to the sandwich maker, and she writes up his order and starts making his sandwiches without changing her gloves. And when it was my turn, I asked why she didn't change the gloves before she started making his sandwiches she said, " cause he had 11 sandwiches." So I walked out without ordering today. Sad cause normally I love jersey Mike's.

I got a coupon from a customer of mine as a tip. It was for a free sandwich never been to Jersey mikes and after trying the Jersey Shore sandwich im hooked. The guy who made my sandwich and cashed me out was fantastic explained the sandwich and asked if I was ok with everything. Will be back.
We ordered sandwiches for our company retreat. All week I had been dealing with nightmare catering situations (rude vendors and wrong orders). The team here was always delightful to talk to, and super helpful when I called with allergy questions. Several members of our team have a severe gluten allergy and they made sure their order was correct. The team here even helped me load the food in my car. Absolutely awesome customer service!! It's the little details that make a big difference and the team here was on top of it! They deserve 10 stars, not 5
