These guys were awesome I had my son order online and it went to the wrong store... that store at citadel crossing was not willing to refund we were on our way to the world arena for a show and these guys were awesome they actually made all of our food For free and compt the meal so we were not stuck paying over a $100 for subs really really appreciate your hospitality great service !!! We made it to the show on time thanks to you ALL!!!!

Ordered online. Show up at the scheduled time 15 minutes to pick up my order. They are totally unaware I have even ordered and haven’t made it. I go and sit in my car for 3 mins and watch and they don’t even start working on it. 3 guys in store with no customers not doing anything! So I left. Will never go to this location again.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This is the WORST and must disgusting Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to. I used to work at Jersey Mike’s for 3+ year and this was very disappointing given how much I like their sandwiches.1. After my sandwich made, I saw two employees touch and move the trash cans, and then proceeded to touch the food again.2. Even when I walked in, it felt like all the employees were upset a customer walked in.3. The worker began topping my sandwich before he asked me. I asked him to rebuild my sandwich given I have allergies to one of the topping he put.4. After asking him to do so, he started whispering to his co-worker giving me a dirty look.5. The employee didn’t even know what Mikes Way was and put vinegar on the bread.6. When they wrapped my sandwich, it almost came apart fully.7. Terrible customer service!8. Unhygienic and dirty store.Overall, don’t waste your time or money. Go shop at a local sub shop instead. I’m very concerned about the managers quality and how they could let a store be ran this way.

We've been eating Jersey Mike's subs for quite some time and have always enjoyed them. Today was a deal breaker, though. Our Mike's Famous cheesesteak subs - both of them - were awful. The hoagie roll completely fell a part as soon as we picked them up -- like actually crumbled. The meat was over cooked as well. We had to eat the subs with a fork. Because there were only two staff trying to serve everyone, we let it go but did mention it to one of them. She stated that she knew the rolls were doing that and didn't know why. She said it might be the oven. Not really that concerned. She asked if we wanted new rolls; not a new sandwich but just new bread. We declined since we had eaten most of the insides already. My mother said if she had never had a sub from there before, she would never eat there again. I might not either at this location. How could they not notice this when preparing the order? Disappointed.
I had a coupon so I stopped by. I usually don't because I find them to be a bit pricey. But the coupon was BOGO so I used it.

We are twice at this location while visiting. It was conveniently located in our hotel parking lot. I missed her name tag but the lady with curly dark hair dyed lighter was so nice each time and is the fastest sandwich maker I’ve seen. Her kindness made our trip better.
