The team here was absolutely the best. I came it, it was slammed, huge line, tons of picks ups all over. The staff was still extremely friendly, fast and professional. It was pretty impressive.

Are the prices for real here??? $18.65 before tax for a large sub... that's actually insane. Half sub for $11. Tiny sub 8 bucks!?!? No drinks or chips included. HARD pass!

(Hailey the manager horrible manager )Walked in with other people not one hello or anything waited and watch them do online orders everyone walked out I waited patiently and two other guys walked in got greeted right always and we all waited another couple minutes then they proceeded to help the two gentleman that walked in and completely ignored me and got mad at me when I was up set all Hailey said was the line is over here sorry like what !!?? Never going back

Love the fresh sliced meats and cheeses! The bread is always soft and fresh; as are the toppings. No Subway challenges here!Their prices are a bit high so I look for deals and often buy just the sandwich to take home because adding chips and a drink adds more than $4.Kids meals are a good deal and plenty of food for most.While a bit slow, service has always been top notch and friendly; even when they're slammed.Update 1/25/23 Service speed has definitely improved!

We swung by Jersey Mike's for some dinner on a Monday night. I always live this place as I think it has the best subs. Mike's way all the way and the turkey isn't dry like it is at other places. The sandwiches are juicy and delicious! The bread and ingredients were fresh. The restaurant clean. As an update to my review, I wanted to recognize Mike for his impeccable acts of service. Took good care of n of t just my wife and I, but every customer that came through the doors. One guy was talking with the guys while they grilled. Super chill, but focused on the customer. The customers all seemed absolutely enthusiastic about their experience in a sandwich shop of all places. He made some menu recommendations, packed up half our sandwiches to go, doubled the meat because of ours wait and genuinely seemed passionate about creating the perfect sandwich. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the entire visit enjoyable and absolutely commendable. They could have served me garbage and I still would have enjoyed myself.

First time ever at a Jersey Mike's after a busy day moving my Dads stuff out of his home. Had the #3, ham and provolone. was SO fresh and delicious! Was not busy when I arrived about 4:30 pm on a Monday. Not sure what the craze is about Jimmy Johns, they suck. The road construction on Marksheffel is not great tho.
I’ve come to this location multiple times since it’s opened. I don’t eat ham, but do enjoy an Italian sandwich. I will normally ask to substitute the ham for turkey. I have never had an issue when I’ve asked for this to be done. Today for the first time I was made aware that this isn’t something that should be done normally. Typically i’d be okay and understand but the fact the lady that told me this started asking all the employees “who does substitutions it’s not allowed” made me feel uncomfortable. If you’re going to speak about it, bring it to the back when there is not a full store of customers and you’re making my sandwich.

I used the Jersey Mike's app to order from this location twice in about a one-month period. The first order was messed up but I do not expect all orders to go perfectly. I placed the second order thinking it was likely just a fluke. Regrettably, the second order was even more messed up than the first. I complained and was offered a gift card for my troubles. More than two weeks later, I still haven't received a card. Live and learn I guess, I won't go back to this location.

When I went in for Lunch, no one was there so one guy was on the line...but people started to come in, but the guy was still solo...I could hear some chatter in the back, but no one came out to help until a few more people came in for to go or Doordash people. This kid did a great job solo, but no team support...Food was outstanding as usual.

We make our food here out of love and respect for our customers and community. The ambiance here is amazing, they keep it clean and beautiful 24-7. The sandwiches are pretty good but not for the price. I ordered a plain 8 with meat and cheese only and a Pepsi. The total was 23.50 ?.The guy making the sandwiches dropped the scraper to clean the surface on the floor then picked it up and cleaned the surface. Pretty nasty!
