Well, I wanted to give this place a change, but I can't get over the young folks who don't want to be there-it's apparent. Every time I go to the Stetson location (which doesn't happen often because of the service), I get an employee that seem very disinterested. They are rude, don't smile, and overall, just give bad service.Lastly, I went in on 4/6, around 1 p.m. And this young gentleman (who was super sweet and seemed new) took my order. He had to ask this lady, with shorter curly hair what ingredients came on the little jon sandwich and she seems annoyed and rolled her eyes. VERY RUDE, especially since a customer was asking. In addition, they got my order wrong; like, how!?I will NOT be returning to this location. Management doesn't seem to manage or train their emplyees. I say this because it's been at least a year and nothing has changed.

I am new to area and put this location in my GPS. Google said it was closing so I called. Nice young man said no we are open let me take your order for pick up. I had just left the gym and was hungry and it was dark and I am new here and trying to find myself around and didn’t want to get turned around. Standard Jimmy John location they are freaky fast when you order. Basic Sandwiches shop. The service is good and the few times I have been to this location its has not been too busy. They do have a drive-though that makes it nice if you do not want to go in.

I keep going there at 10:45. Supposed to open at 10:30. Never anyone there. When i do actually find someone there the order is seldom correct and I only order 1 sandwich. Won't go

I have no problem with sandwiches. I have problem with ATTITUDEs. Several months ago I bought a sandwich late at night at Tejon in CS. Both the tattooed girl whose age was less than one third of my age talked to me in a snappy way. And the m***** trucker teen ager behind the cash reg. kept calling me dude! All I did was to stare at him and then ignored him. I have experience this behavior less severely in the other JJ stores. I stopped giving you guys business. serves you right hiring a**h****.

Not a regular reviewer, but had to for this "experience" - just attempted to dine in with my son but couldn't seem to get the time of day from the young people working there. The place was empty and despite standing at the counter for several minutes and making eye contact with the employees, nobody even acknowledged we were there.I don't need the red carpet, and I understand its busy with online and drive through, but a standard "we'll be with you in a minute" would have worked fine.Eventually we walked out without ordering after son finished washing his hands. Still not a word.If you own this place, your staff is costing you money!Edit: grammar and clarification on if we'd made a purchase

Last order took almost 2 hours for selected ASAP. Today I ordered at noon, and it's almost 1pm and still not out for delivery. The whole motto is Freaky Fast...I could have done Door Dash or Uber Eats and gotten food faster and within an hour from a place also further away.

Ordered $1000 worth of sandwiches and they were ready right on time. I didn't have to wait at all. The manager was so nice (I think it was her shorter brunette gal) and started to praise her staff after the order was completed. Definitely was pleased with the variety of options and our event went great. Thank you guys!

Online order was given to someone else due to crew rushing orders out. Had to wait over 30minutes for “freaky fast” subs. Will not be returning to this location as they just do not have it together.

I placed online order to pick up in drive thru. I waited 20 minutes while knocking on window and calling store by phone. When the manager finally came to the window she put my sandwich in a bag and retrieved the chips. This is unusual because they are normally very fast! This was a bad experience including my turkey wasn't fresh. The manager told the help to be careful and stop making mistakes today. I think I'm done for now. There's too many other options for lunch.
