The food was good and the service was great. I was told it was really good so I had my expectations high. The portions are good. The carne asada tacos were great! The Jorge's burrito was alright. I did a 50/50 chicken/ beef. I felt the chicken was boiled or watered down and the ground beef was decent but nothing to rave about. The green chili is good and spicy but not to spicy. Overall I would go again for the carne asada dishes.

Best margaritas in town! Amazing food drowned in Christmas medium sauce.

Pretty mediocre. Nothing special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

Friday at 6pm visit service was terrific. A full house that diminished quickly. House margarita was balanced & strong on tequila ... food quality & quantity was pretty good....served hot and timely. I will definitely return. Still searching for an authentic Tex-Mex food experience in CoS.

ordered a burrito and it was great it's worth it to go out and eat here. Me and my family got our food in just 15 minutes of arriving. 5 stars

The food here is good but they need to update their hours. 3 times we have tried to eat here and they are closed. We have called and no one answers. It’s a bummer to drive far because their page says they are open and find the restaurant closed.

This place has been one of our favorites for years. We have also loved their margaritas (Top Shelf). Unfortunately, we went a couple of days ago and found that they have raised their prices to a point of being pretty ridiculous. It's now $13.50 for guacamole and when you add the $3.50 for simple chips and salsa thats $17 for a simple appetizer. Their tacos were my favorite. They are now serving mini or street sized tacos which have a minimal amount of filling. The ground beef in my mini taco was dry, over cooked and VERY little of it. And I had to send it back because it was cold. So they not only raised the price of the tacos but shrunk them!!!! It's sad that Jorge's is no longer on our "go-to list".

Food was absolutely amazing! Very authentic. I had the fajitas and I asked to have it made with mixed meats. Beef, chicken and shrimp. Their margaritas are quite strong, if you don't like your drinks too strong, I'd suggest to order them less strong here.

I'm a Texan reviewing a Mexican restaurant in Colorado. When we sat down, the table was sticky. We should have cut our loses at that point (our loses being the $2.50 it cost us to park behind the place). The top shelf margarita tasted like jet fuel- not even tequila. There was no care or skill that went into making it. No taste at all. It was undrinkable - it was left untouched. The server was brusk and almost rude as she hurried us to order our food even before our drinks showed up. The way she barked at us triggered an anxiety attack. I had to ask for water just to take my anxiety meds. If I had gotten the "margarita" first, I would have known to just order chips to go and just get out. You have to pay for the chips and watery bland salsa, btw. The food was average at best. No where near good enough for the $75 we spent for two entrees and two drinks. Taco Bell tastes better. Do Not waste your money here.

I was surprised at how crowded it was on a Tuesday, but overall, the staff was very friendly and were all doing their best to keep up with the crowd despite seeming to be short staffed. The food took a little long to come out, but no complaints once I got it.

I got some enchiladas. The chili is normally very good but it wasn't too good this time and they were going to charge me $4 for a small scoop of sour cream. That's robbery!!
