I’ll start by saying the ice cream was top notch. BUT…I went with my friend who has cerebral palsy and uses a waker. Just because a place is wheelchair accessible DOES NOT mean it is accessible to all differently abled people. She literally had NOWHERE to sit. There needs to be chairs with backs that can be pulled out and in. She was so embarrassed and uncomfortable we left with her in tears. Please do better.

I regret to express my disappointment with the decline in quality and service at this establishment since its opening. Upon ordering a milkshake, I was disappointed to find that there were no lids available for the cups. Considering the price of the milkshake and the expectation of enjoying it on the go, the absence of lids was inconvenient and unexpected. When I inquired about the lack of lids, the response from the staff was less than satisfactory. Instead of offering a solution or apology, I received dismissive and unhelpful comments, which only added to my frustration. As a result, I have decided that this visit will be my last.

Best ice cream ever! Tried their cookie butter and it was amazing! Staff gave superior service, and offered samples! I just learned that there is another location closer to me in Colorado Springs, so this can get pretty expensive but worth every penny!!

We brought our granddaughter from Arizona in for an ice cream and we had such a great time. Taylor & Minnie were amazing hosts, the service was amazing, the ambiance was incredible! They treated us like family which was so special since we have no family in Colorado. We can't wait to come back!! Mark, Marissa & Rubiann

Very tasty ice cream and a fun trivia question each day. I went with the No Milk No Whey Mocha Chip ice cream and was very surprised at how delicious it was. Nice patio with picnic table and a great view for warmer weather.
Vanilla Malt!! The best I have ever had! I sampled the Purple Mountain Majesty and almost got that, such a tasty and unique flavor. Friendly and kind customer service. A real treat!!

The serving was very small for how expensive the ice cream was. Also, the shakes were very runny, which was disappointing. The service was not the best, the cashier not being the nicest. The ice cream tastes the same at Baskin Robins. Would go to Baskin Robins instead.
