If I could leave a half star i would. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life! The lady who took my order was so rude and had such an attitude! When we got our food, there was sauce opened that spilled all over our food. It looks like it was done purposely. I never complain about anything, but this here needs to be corrected! I spent well over $50 and was treated horribly! This is the KFC on South Nevada

Be extremely careful when you go through the drive thru. Items were not sealed completely, causing spillage in the bag, and my biscuits were missing. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but their family meal cost roughly $60.

I went to this location on 03/27/24 because it is about 6 blocks from where we live. This location has terrible service and has always messed up.orders but we decided after months of.not going here to try it again. We drove up and asked for an 8 piece original meal. The girl said we had to wait 15 min for biscuits or she would give us another side instead so we chose fries. She gives us our bags and we leave. We get home and they gave us coleslaw, mashed potatoes and cold fries and a separate box with more old cold fries and one hard cold biscuit even though they said they had no biscuits and they gave us No chicken in the bag. They also did not give us our receipt. We go back to the location and although we just left there, the employee says we need the receipt to get chicken we already paid for and did not get. She asked someone else and then we were given a bag with our supposed chicken. We get home again and it is extra crispy and not original. I called location for 30 minutes and line was off the hook.This is terrible to run a business this way. We will never go to this location again. Something should be done about this and we definitely deserve a refund. This place does not care about thier customers! They deserve 0 stars but there is no option for this. We have been given old food, burnt food and now this time has really done it!!

Ordered doordash through here. They pushed my very simple order back 20 minutes after he got there, for an order any other KFC would be able to provide offhand. Once I got it, it was original instead of extra crispy. They weren't smart enough to put any utensils in the order, and don't bother asking for plates or anything of that nature, because you won't get that either.Seems like my food waited for me like I did it, because even on its short trip to my hotel, it was still cold?

TERRIBLE KFC LOCATION. Don't bother coming to this location, this is not a good area to grab a quick bite. This is honestly the worst KFC location I have ever been to. If I could, I would definitely give this zero stars! Bad customer service and they always mess up the order! Also, one of the most ANNOYING things that this place does is they always make you park your car out in the lot. Very quiet and always has no line yet food takes very long. Not a 'fast food' area at all. Lots of homeless people hanging around the area. NOT ONLY THAT, but they don't wear gloves! I have been here multiple times before and the food has always tasted like it has been refried many times and left out! Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed. What the heck is going on, KFC South Nevada? Lastly, the customer service is awful. I saw a homeless man pooping outside the KFC location once! What the hell?! And don't even get me started on this location being out of items! They always are missing at least one thing. Overall, will not be returning to this KFC location, also; a fat white man came to my car repeatedly mumbling "i'm sorry i'm sorry". He was definitely on something. DO NOT COME HERE! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
