This kfc is permanently closed they removed everything from the restaurant.Closed on thanksgiving 2022!They removed the sign and papered up the windows to prevent squatters.They also painted the entire building tan or beige whatever

Guy in drive thru was robotic and after I asked him to give a a second to see what I wanted, was really rude then when I asked for specific items he treated me like I was d*** and got even more rude, I hate this location and will not be back given this is not my first bad experience at this location and for similar things. I work in fast food and am actually a manager were I am and if one of my employees treated people this way I would not be happy.

Yeah, no. The people that work here refuse to take an order, feed their friends for free, let customers wait for 10 min (while chatting up their buds), and are unpleasant to deal with. They're closing for good reason.

I like this place. The people really try to give good service. The night I went, they were understaffed. Only 2 people were working and were a little stressed. But our order was correct and came out in a couple of minutes. Good food and good people.

Absolutely terrible the manager was rude off the bat I'm being polite cause I've been a manager at McDonald's.i completely get it. Last night I came in at 8:30 (they don't close until 10pm) where they said they were closed and I was missing a famous bowl. I was told to come in the next day to receive it. Came in and the manager was absolutely rude to me off the bat. And I had the receipt and everything my name was written down but she refused to actually give me the food I paid for and not even a refund even though I paid for the food. I've been working in fast food and have been a manager majority of it. I'm pretty understanding but you guys robbed me and need to change management .

If you decide to go to KFC.My advice would be to drive a little further or extra miles. All the other ones are super dirty. But this place was so clean!

Talked to two different staff members through the speaker and wasn't sure if the first guy was even listening because he seemed to be in partial conversation with someone else inside. Food wasn't ready at the window and I had to pull up to the front parking lot to wait. Parking lot needs new paint wasn't sure where the lines were to park and others either parked retarded or they too couldn't see the lines. Got mashed potatoes and coleslaw as sides that come with my meal but was given no silverware to eat it with so choices were to attempt to eat without and drive with food all over myself or wait till it got way cold to eat it later or toss it because I was on the run which is why I had to eat out that night in the first place. Wasn't happy about that at all. I was hungry and already spent my dinner fund for the night and didn't get to eat a decent meal that I had picked for myself.

KFC - until you fix this problem. I will keep reposting my review that keeps getting deleted, charging people lower quality than pet food is pathetic.Fix the night shift staff. Service and quality of food is disgusting. If you can make changes on reviews make some change in your staff.Staff is VERY rude. Random business hours, doors closes by 8pm staff is cleaning up from 6:30pm with dirty gloves and touching food. Running out of chicken, HOW??? The lack of duty professionalize doesn't exist at this location.A 3yr old baby could do better than this, what a catastrophe, this location is pathetic. KFC hires clowns to play on city-scooters in the parking lot from 6:30pm and stops serving food.

Cody was rude from the very start. I asked if they had cheese and he said yeah shredded, I then asked if i could get some on my chicken sandwhich and he very rudly said no. He handed us completely soggy food and a half full drink. When I asked for more soda In the drink he proceeded to stick his finger in the drink. We asked for a whole new drink just because of that reason he didn't give us a new one until we asked a second time and when he made the new one he had attitude and had soda all over the outside of the cup. I definitely wouldn't want this person working in my facility treating people like this. I didn't end up drinking my drink or eating my food because I was scared something was done to it.

This location has been giving me hope for KFC, there's a lot of bad reviews in the past but the past 2 times I went they gave me fresh popcorn chicken with actual meat in it(my usual). So I tried something different, I ordered a 4 piece combo meal and the meat is great!! They gave me my extra ranch, butter, honey, and a spoon for my mash potatoes n gravy. The biscuit is hot! I'm pregnant and have been experiencing morning sickness since 4am! If the food was bad I'd probably cry lol, but it was amazing, I called and let them know I appreciate their effort! They made me really satisfied, it's given me hope for fast food(KFC) especially since friend chicken fast food is so limited in the springs. Don't forget to thank them!

This feedback is for the Fillmore location. I went twice, once 2 hours before closing and then another just before noon and I was unable to get chicken. I was simply told "no" not that they did not have what I wanted at that time. I waited for someone to say something else or offer alternatives, but I am the one who had to ask about alternatives. I was also reprimanded for not calling ahead. I called back to speak with a manager, but was met with no sympathy. I went to another location out of my way and was not reprimanded about my large order and serviced right away.

The man working the drive thru on Sunday 28th has absolutely no personality, in fact he’s borderline rude. Asked him a question, no answer. Asked him again and his response was “I heard you” - still not answering the question. I know it’s hard to find help, but you definitely need to keep looking because you definitely fell short on this one…

Multiple times I've been to this location and they mess my order up. Tonight was the last time I'll try this location... from no gravy on my famous bowl to not receiving my biscuits that I paid for.

I don't expect much from fast food, but after barfing a bunch of bile afterwards, I won't be back to this branch of kfc. Spicy chicken strips are served soaked and stewed in some nasty acidic greasy liquid.
