I asked the lady at the bakery is she could write a name on the cake. She told me she couldn’t because it was sealed. I have bought 2 cakes from this location without and employees provided great customer service before. They put the birthday person’s name without hesitation.

Had the best experience ever shopping for groceries here! My brother in law burnt the ham Thanksgiving day, and so I had to get a replacement. It was the busiest I've ever seen this store, I was going all over looking at the meats trying to find a ham, and I was not successful. I asked a worker there for assistance, and she was just so incredibly kind. She walked around with me looking for a ham, but they were all sold out. So, she brought me over to the deli section and asked if they had any of the boars head hams left and I was in luck they had a few left and a deal going on if I bought the box gift set. I couldn't thank her enough, she made my day easier and I was out in a flash. This has always been my favorite location in town, and this experience is just another reason why.

King Soopers is a combination of a big grocery store and a little department store. There is an excellent selection of fresh veggies. The store was crazy busy because it was the day before Christmas but the store was fully staffed.

I called the store and was continuously put on hold without some letting me know why I was being put hold. Someone answered after the 6th hold and told me to call back in an hour, I ask for a Manager and the process started all over again. It seems they are talking about buying out Safeway and this is not a way to keep customers. They do need to retrain their customer service reps.

Worst place for curbside pick every time order is screwed up. Don't ever have what you order they have the nerve to charge you a pick up fee when it's there fault they don't have what you ordered

I'm new to Colorado and have not experienced a King Soopers before. This store is great and they've got a killer selection of produce, meat, and other household em items! Everything is reasonably priced, parking is fine, and the employees are super nice. I don't know why this store has lower marks because I found it to be fine.

Always has everything I need and a variety of products make this my go to grocery shop. Cool that they have a pick your own flight of 6 pack beers. If you do end up going sign up for their shoppers card, its well worth it

I went grocery shopping at this location on 3/7/2021 and bought 4-5 peaches, they looked great on the outside and not mushy or brown. When I bit into one of the peaches it was brown on the inside so I cut into the rest and they were all rotting from the inside out. I called the produce department to let them know and he said he would check the other boxes but fair warning if you already purchased some.
