I've been going to La Flor de Jalisco for years. There are lots of good taco trucks in town but this one is hands down my favorite. I'll even drive out of my way to grab a bite. Their carnitas burrito is always something I'm craving. Massive burrito with rice, refried beans, salsa, sour cream and the oh so delicious carnitas! It's perfect. And for $7 you just can't beat it Their truck carries the standard fare. Tacos, burritos and tostadas. Prices are some of the best in town. No joke tacos are only $2! Find them in the parking lot right along Union Blvd. between the Neighborhood Walmart and Rampart Supply. Service is friendly and quick. You won't be disappointed. Do it ASAP.

I live in Denver where it’s easy to find authentic tacos. There’s not many authentic tacos here in the springs. This place is definitely one of the absolute best authentic tacos I’ve ever had!! They were incredibly delicious!!! My coworker and I could not stop talking about how good these are. Highly highly highly recommend!!

Hey, food is great, the problem is that they don't communicate with us customers, put a phone # so we can call and check location, it's disappointing to be hungry and the truck is nowhere to be found.

Had made and confirmed plans for La Flor de Jalisco to be at our event, however, they never showed up, and calls went straight to voicemail. I would have appreciated a heads up from them, but was left feeling like I completely let down the people at my event.
