Put in an online order @ 8:15, drove to this location & waited until 8:45 when my online tracker said it would be done at 8:45. Went inside the store & the employee said they hadn’t seen the order. So had to wait over 45 minutes for a pizza to be cooked. Terrible service all around!

Usually when I DoorDash at this location, the employees are very nice. But you're very big tall. Heavy set guy with glasses. It's a very miserable person as well. As the long-haired scruffy, dirty guy who don't have manners and don't know how to treat people. They should not be in customer service. Shame on them I had 9 pizzas. I asked for help whether that be helping me open the door or open my car door they simply said. No, that's not their problem that I have to carry 9 pizzas. That's what I got eye as a door Dasher will not come back and serve any of you anymore. I will blacklist this store.

I ordered online and went to pick up through their pizza portal. They must have had problems because when I got notification that it was ready I went to pick it up and food was not in the pizza portal. I asked the cashier where my food was and they couldn't find it. Gave them my order number and they found it. It wasn't sitting in the pizza portal oven or the warmer it was just sitting out. So when I got pizza it had already started to cool off. I didn't get the hot pizza I wanted.

Person taking orders was high on meth. Giving multiple free items away for customers who had to wait cause the only other person on was outside. I ordered a pretzel crusted pizza and got a regular crust. Never going there again. They never wore gloves either.
