This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever felt with and this is the absolute worst Louie's experience possible if I could give less stars I would. I do not recommend this pizza place sply for the childish way that the entire staff treated me and my family they repeatedly hung up on me like 6 times answering to only say" we're closed click" I WAS CALLING ABOUT AN ORDER I HAD PLACED 2 HRS PRIOR AND THEY APPAERNTLY NEVER MADE NOR DID THEY LET US LNOW TO ORDER DINNER ELSEWHERE NOW THE WHOLE PROCESS STARTE OVER AGAIN BUT DEFI5NIT AT LOUIES YOU JAVE LOST A GOOD LONG TINE CUSTOMER FOR GOOD OVER THIS TREATMENT. GROW UP

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Called to place an order for pickup because they mailed a coupon for a large cheese pizza with a one topping pizza for $10.99. I also got an order of cheese bread and was told a total of $21 and change over the phone. When I went to pick it up the total was $40. I reminded them and showed them the coupon and told them the total was $21 over the phone (again they mailed the coupon which had the store's address on it and had an expiration date of 3/31/2024) the cashier said the owner doesn't take them anymore then ran my card for $40 before I could tell him to cancel it. This is the definition of false advertising. I wouldn't have gotten the cheese pizza if it wasn't for the coupon!

Our son recommended this pizza place so we decided to order one yesterday. Boy where we disappointed when we opened the box and saw how burned it was. It was a 5 topping pizza which had hamburger which was so burned that it would not stay in the pizza. The crust was okay but the top was burned.Parking: Had no problems with parking.

Louie's is about Pizza. Not atmosphere. Sure, the inside is fine for a 30 min lunch break slice, but this isn't the joint to dine at.But that's okay because Louie's is about PIzza!!! ordered online. got there 5 minutes before my order was suppose to be ready. they told me it would be right up. I went up 20 minutes after my pizza was suppose to be done. they apologized and said it was coming. got my pizza 25 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be done. there online ordering sucks!!! this is unacceptable!!! I have been patronizing Louie's pizza at its multiple locations since their first shop over 37 years ago. They by far had the best pizza in the springs. Sadly over the past years their quality has gone down hill. On my last order they forgot the butter cheese crust, under baked my pizzas and added a service charge to my bill that was not disclosed on any menu or sign.I am not sure I will be returning, which is sad because they have / had the bast pizza in town.Turn up your oven heat, and remove the service charge!

The girl making the food had no gloves on. One of the other guys making food had no hat on so his hair was not covered. Beards not covered either.
CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Bought pizza today from the Briargate location and picked up the pizza's and got home and there was a piece of CHEWED GUM on my pizza! We quickly jumped in the car to take it back and all the manager could say is "we don't chew" gum, implying that it was me! How dare they! When I showed up, the pizza wasn't ready yet, so I paid, [didn't tip] and went to the gas station near by. Wondering I they were mad or didn't like me for some reason that they sabotaged my pizza! Gross!!

Just tried to order after at least a dozen previous orders and the attendant when I asked " are you going to spit in my food?".. answered "yeah, you should probably order somewhere else". After being scram at by "management" Never ordering again after long time loyal service. I'd rather order dominos.NEVER ORDER FROM LOUIES, ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION

So today, Nov 25, 2023, we ordered 3 pizzas and picked them up from the Briargate location and came home and what appeared to be GUM!! ON OUR PIZZA! I thought, no… “maybe” it was a ball of mozzarella cheese giving the benefit of the doubt. But upon further investigation, sure enough, it WAS GUM!! Gross!! My husband took it back and the manager just smiled and said “no one chews gum here”…well somebody did!!!…because it was on our PIZZA!! Customers be ware!! Poor customer service too! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
