Very welcoming atmosphere, delicious coffee, and friendly staff. I haven’t tried the food yet, but I’m sure it’s delicious.This is an okay place to study if you have noise-cancelling earbuds. It can get very loud due to the overhead music and other patrons. I personally find the music too loud.Other than the noise issue, this is a good option for coffee and a quick bite. More of a social coffee shop than a study/work spot.

I went to the north gate location, and was denied service because of my service animal. I tried to educate the employee, but they said they would serve me, but because of there guidelines I had to sit outside, which was windy and cold. I left there, and went to their down town location, and explained what happened at the north gate location, and they were super sorry, and provided great service. 10/10 for the downtown location, and 0/10 for the north Gaye location. Please educate your employees on service animal federal law.

When I first walked in the door the smell of delicious bacon filled the room. The batista welcomed me and gave off good positive energy. He suggested the eggs and toast which was delicious and beautiful! He even have me a pastry for my military service! Over all this place was the best coffee shop I have been to in a very very long time. Totally recommend this place 100%!!

I've been going to Loyal regularly for a few months now because I love the atmosphere so much. they really know coffee and they have gluten free bread that actually tastes good, which is really hard to find at coffee shops.staff is also very kind and patient with every customer. I always recommend this place to my friends and clients.
Good latte, had a croissant and chatted with the staff. There is little else I could ask.Dietary restrictions: Unlike some local places they had zero problem with lactose reduced milk for my coffee.
