Inconsistent. Every time I order, I don’t get what I’ve requested. If you ask for thick crust, you get thin, soggy pizza. If you ask for light pepperoni, you get double. If you ask for garlic crust, you get none. Tonight I ordered the white pizza and there was no white sauce. I called and asked if they could replace it tomorrow because it’s late and I was told “no.” Not going back. Also, the KID who answered the phone said he was the manager, but yet he had to go and talk to the “other” manager to see how he should handle the situation. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an actual adult in that place.

Great pizza, bad service. Showed up at the time their website said my pizza would be ready (40 minutes is already long for a pizza order). My pizza was just going into the oven. Here I am still waiting over an hour after I placed my order.

I have called and been on hold for over 30 mins. I needed to talk to someone to see if I place an order would someone bring it out to the car since my husband who is an amputee would risk falling on the steep snow covered steps. They did not answer, which has not been the first time and this seems to be the norm for this location. Absolutely terribleWheelchair accessibility: This location is awful for ADA

My husband called in an order and paid for it. I went to pick it up and they said we never ordered. I said we paid for it and again was told we didn't order.My husband who ordered called and was told the same thing..I will be stopping the payment and you lost a customer.

I've been here twice in the last week.Did not try the food as I was a delivery driver. The kids working, (Early 20's)absolutely are the kindest most patient souls. They really work hard at their jobs. I'll get their names next time and edit this post.

Since my husband and I moved to CO SPRGS, we enjoyed living next to a Marco's. And for the first few months, it was phenomenal quality food, and great service. The last few visits have fallen short by quite a good miles.This most recent visit, our online order hadn't even been started by the time we arrived to the restaurant so we're told another 20-30 minutes, a good hour after the order was placed and double the waiting time.A few other issues we both had was loud music playing in the store, making international between an unhygienic---lacking a hair net as he worked on pizza---and us as we inquired about our pizza. There was a lack on attentiveness to anyone in the restaurant.When we finally come home with the food, the cheese is undercooked---might as well have been thrown on top after cooking the crust to a blackened crisp. Least to say, this was not a good memorable experience to our local Marco's but very well could be the last.

Ordered a $200 catering order for our business meeting at this Briargate location. They delivered 2 hours late. We called the first time and were on hold for 48 mins, never answered the phone. Driver just dropped the order and left. Tried to call back for a refund and still can't anyone to answer the phone. We had to go get food somewhere else last minute for our business meeting since they failed to deliver on time and now we will have to fight for our refund. Super poor customer service.

Ordered from Marco's last week for the first time. The pizza was OK. There wasn't anything wrong with it and I think it's better than most other chain pizza shops like Domino's or Papa John's. The wings we ordered were just awful. They were way over-cooked and the sauce was just thrown on--the wings were definitely not tossed in the sauce. I hate to throw out food, but these were inedible. I used to be a cook in a bar and made thousands of wings a week. I would have been embarrased to let these leave my kitchen.

Brought the family to Marco's, and it was a grand time! Max was in charge today, and he was very friendly and ensured our meal was perfect. I had a Philly pizza with garlic butter and parmesan crust toppings, and it was delicious!My wife loved her pepperoni and sausage Pizzoli, and my daughters really enjoyed a custom pizza bowl and Italiano sub. Definitely coming back in the future!

I was just there trying to pick up an order. There was a line with 5 people in front, two of these people were placing orders, which takes a significant amount of time. Then when it’s my turn to pick up he cannot find my pizza. A few mins later someone walks in holding a pizza claiming it is not their order! They check and this was MY order. Now I’m not comfortable taking this! I had to leave with nothing after waiting for so long and now hope I get a refund as a minimum which he did not even do for me. I got no replacement, nothing.They need a better system for pickup only. People should not line up in the regular line to pickup an order that is ready.They need to respect the costumer. I did not even get a “I’m sorry”, I got no pizza, I got nothing. Bad costumer service.

We placed an order at 6:45, as always we were excited and the kids were hungry. We typically order from Marco’s for the quality and timely delivery. Unfortunately, an hour went by and my wife called 7:49pm, someone answered and hung up. She called back at 7:53pm to see how far out the delivery was (on the app it said it was out for delivery). The employee said that the pizza was in the vehicle and should be delivered in 10-15 minutes. This did not happen. I then placed a phone call at 8:22pm. Someone answered and hung up on me immediately. I called right back and was able to talk to someone. They told me that the order was canceled by the computer right after the order was made. As well as 3 others. They did not offer to make the order and still deliver it. They told me that I could place another order if I still wanted to receive the food. I did not place another order, there were far too many failures on Marco’s part for me to do so. I did request a refund and was told they “think” it already did. I politely requested that in the future, if they could call us to inform us of the situation instead of lying to us on the phone and provide no resolve (from this experience I doubt this will happen). There was total disregard to customer service or ownership of the situation.
