Poor experience, will avoid.If I have a gift card, which was purchased from this location, and then I'm told I can't pay for my order at this location, with said gift card, this is EXTREMELY LOUSY.No apology for the run-around, and it was not a pleasant surprise, considering the order was placed with gift card selected as payment. BAD BUSINESS.I also don't need any political or divisional statement on behalf of a business. Support gay pride with a divisional flag? No problem, but I'll go elsewhere. I'm trying to purchase pizza, not support some political or behavioral idea. POOR JUDGEMENT.Further, after completing a Marco's Pizza unsolicited email, which I did not ask for - and having advised the chain of the above issues, and specifically asking to be contacted - THEY IGNORED THEIR OWN SURVEY.In all, just POOR BUSINESS. No need to go here.

I placed an online order at 5:03 pm (note the website stated 30 min) I called Marcos at 6 pm and asked about the delivery and was informed they only had 1 driver and 18 deliveries, she then stated it would be here in about 35 min. It is now 6:45 and still no delivery. It would have been nice to be notified that there was going to be such a l9ng delay and I should have been given the option to pick it up or cancel it. But nope she got me off the phone pretty fast. I don't blame her or the driver, however, as a consumer I should have been given an option. I'm an understanding person. But come on, almost 2 hrs later and still nothing!

Today I got their 'fancy pepperoni' special for 9.99 the person was nice and the food was amazing. Pizza was made fast while I waited.

Rude staff and disgusting food. The so called manager is a joke and ruined my day. She first tried to tell me when I called they didn't have any deals for a medium Pizza when I just saw it on a commercial, then said it would have to be ordered online. When I did get the pizza most of the cheese was gone and it looked terrible and when I asked her why she would even send it out to a customer like that she said what's wrong with it it only has a couple bubbles. Did not offer to remake it or anything.
