The employees here are a joke! I tried to order 2 double cheeseburgers and the staff was stumped!! 15 minutes waiting only to find out the order wasn't even put in.. maybe you should go back to actually interviewing before hiring

During a field trip, my class raided this McDonald's and MY GOD... This is the best one so far. (I haven't gone to a McDonald's in four years)I spent 7-ish dollars here and was definitely worth the spend. I got 2 cheeseburgers and some Coca-Cola with medium fries. The staff here were very friendly and so were the customers, showing that if the staff treat others kindly, the customers will treat everyone else kindly. All of my friends thought the food was good as well. We all got vanilla ice cream cones for being so well during the field trip, and I honestly really enjoyed the cones.The bathrooms are locked with a keypad and are only accessible to customers only. You must ask an employee to open the door for you, which is very easy to do as, again, they are extremely friendly.If I could return here in my free time, I would definally come back again.- A student of the Hanover Hornets, "GO HORNETS!"Parking: For a mini bus fitting in a parking slot perfectly, I suggest more small class raids for this place.Kid-friendliness: For us as a group of kids coming in, they were very kind and helpful! They didn't seem intimidated or annoyed whatsoever. Kind employees!

They get my food orders wrong a lot, but my kids love McDonald’s and this is the closet one to my house.A lot of bums/crackheads hangout and sleep in the store. Boy do some of them stink up the area next to the bathroom/ play area while they are sleeping at the tables. Also not great that they have to lock the bathrooms due to all the bums. little kids don’t really have the best ability to wait 10 minutes for an employee to open the bathroom door. Lots of close calls to say the least.Using the McDonald’s app is a must now, or you’ll be spending double to feed the family. I take my kids to play at their play place, order 1 happy meal, along with a free item for me. Wait the 8 minutes and repeat for my 2nd kid and another free item for me. With the app I can usually feed myself & my 2-3 kids for under $20. Without using the app hack it would be at least $35 instead. But you also have to have about an hour to spend there to use the app the way I do. Seems like a crazy amount of money for low quality McDonald’s level food.

Walked to this McDonalds several times when I finnky get off work from my computer repair job, hoping to use my app.. only to discover they have closed there lobby early 8 pm 845 pm ..online the hours are NOT CORRECT… the lobby is only open until 10 pm however likely they will be closed by 8 or nine pm m. EXTREMELY frustrating considering I AN WALKING and when you call this restaurant to verify if there open still good luck getting them to answer! The customer service is awful there was only 1 employee who treated me with kindness an was helpful.
