I don’t recommend this location.

This is not a 24 hour drive thru store. Hours aren't posted so I guess UberEATS qualifies them for 24 hours?Sat in the drive-thru, at the "order here" speaker for 9 minutes without my online order being acknowledged.

We ordered at the kiosk and had to enter the number for table service. We went to sit down. After a while we wanted to go to the bathroom but it was locked. Apparently, you need to ask someone at the counter to press a button to unlock the door. This doesn't work very well when there is no one at the counter, so we had to wait for a while. We then noticed our food was getting cold in a paper bag at the online order pickup area. They did not bring it to the table as instructed. We took our food and noticed the fries had been dumped in the bag upside down and a burger we ordered was missing. We asked about the burger and that one was also laying around in the kitchen getting cold.

I’m a regular in here but I will only be coming in when Veronica is working she is nice as well as treats her crew members with respect and has a good time doing her job. However I will not be in if Charlotte is working I’ve been in multiple times she always is rude, she yells at her employees 95% of the time in the lobby in front of multiple customers she lets the homeless do jobs for free stuff and lets them lounge around in the lobby as well as hangs outside with them. She also is always downgrading Gloria and yelling at her who has always been so sweet to me every time I’m in. Overall she makes it a very not enjoyable time when I come in.
