Staff doesn't know the system. And it's the only McDonald's charging for water calling it a special request. It's most likely because homeless people ask for water frequently. Never had so many issues with a McDonald's in my life. Could use better ownership. I know it's not the employees' fault for lack of training or rules created for drinks.Now, looking through reviews, I'm also noticing employees or friends give it 5 stars to recover their terrible service. This is unprofessional and doesn't acknowledge or fix the issues. As most reviews from real people are legit and negative matching the experience I've had here every time.

Very bad attention from the employees, they deliver incomplete orders and when you tell them what is needed they get upset and throw the food into the bags as if it were garbage. They should verify the quality of people who are hired

Went there with my 4 year old grandbaby because it's one of the few that have a playground. It's McDonald's, so the food sucks. There is is no more self serve for drinks. You have to ask for condiments. Only get 1 per kids meal. No more ketchup for you to grab. Couldn't find straws or napkins.I did go the one on Powers a week before and they at least still had the soda machines, ketchup and napkins accessible.
Went in this morning to pick up breakfast for the family. Out of 6 sandwiches only one was what I ordered. Don't waste your money here. Go down the road to a butter location. North or south on academy for just a few miles is probably worth the better service.
