It seems after COVID they either changed cooks or something. The food used to be great but something has changed and not for the better im sad to say :( The QUESO with chips is literally the best thing on the menu and its delicious.

I had a chicken burrito and a crispy chili relleno. The burrito was filled with shredded chicken breast that was not marinated, grilled, or spiced in any way, and therefore virtually tasteless. The chili relleno was over-fried, making it so hard it was almost impossible to cut into it. It also had very little taste beyond cheese. It was Mexican food for people who don’t much like real Mexican food. Also, my companion told the server twice that she wanted a cheese enchilada with onions and enchilada sauce. It came with neither. And then they left us waiting for our check for a really long time. And charged us $2.25 for a skimpy amount of lettuce. They seem to think they’re fancy but they’re just indifferent and aggravating. We won’t be back.

Best fajitas I've ever had in a restaurant. I have the steak, shrimp , and chicken combination fajitas. I eat a lot of Mexican food and have been to at least 200+ Mexican restaurants. Also, very good salsa. Well done.

When did Mexican food get so expensive? Sticker shock but the food and service made up for it. I shared the grilled molcahete with a friend and it was generous! Best grilled molcahete I’ve had in the springs. I’ll definitely be back.
Outstanding burrito. Huge! Great service. The shredded beef on the burrito is very flavorful. The rice was good and moist. It didn't seem like dried up bits that other places serve.

One of my favorite spots! Best black bean veggie tacos. Delicious margaritas. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The folks that work there are so kind and service is quick. My go-to

All I gotta say is, as a first generation immigrant from Mexico, this is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado Springs. Food is FIRE (highly recommend the barbacoa) the service is really good as well, most of the time. Drinks are really good too. They ain’t stingy wit it, I’ll say that.
