If you want Alvacado toast go to Urban Egg. Never order Alvacado toast at Mimi’s, never. The sourdough bread was very thin with 5 very thin slices of alvacado, two sliced cherry tomatoes, two poached eggs that the menu said they were going to drizzle olive oil over. I requested balsamic drizzle instead. I should’ve known since they were offering olive oil drizzled on the avocado toast that they did not know how to make it. My plate looked like a two-year-old made it. I wish I would’ve got a picture to share.Wheelchair accessibility: It is very spacious and wheel chairs ciould easily come through the restaurant.

The food was ok but not for the price. We used to love coming here, but the last 2 times the food has been ok. Depending on what you get, it's not good, or it's ok. The service was good the last time. This time, the service was terrible and didn't clean the surrounding area. It only came to the table to give us food and the bill.

Don't make a reservation, according to the seating hostess when you arrive your just in the line with everyone else who didn't make reservations. My reservation was for noon, got seated at 12:45. Should have walked out.

I’d like to recognize Julian at the N. Academy/Woodmen cafe in Colorado Springs. He was our waitperson today. He did an excellent job. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. We are regular diners at this Mimi’s. This is the first time Julian was our server and I will definitely request him in future visits. He is an excellent representative of the Mimi’s franchise.

This was our first trip to Mimi's on north academy and all we can say is WOW! Mica was our server and from the very start she took care of us in a way that made us feel like we were her only customers although the dining room was pretty full. She was elegant with recommendations and the food was absolutely excellent! Thank you Mica and Mimi's for a truly enjoyable meal experience! Highly recommend this location!

Terrible first experience at Mimi's Cafe. We waited 45 minutes with a reservation and an infant in tow. We didn't realize we had been skipped until our second time checking the status of our place in line. The hostess wasn't rude but certainly wasn't friendly either. We weren't warned that it was taking up to an hour for food to come out until we overheard a waitress telling another group that had just been seated. I would recommend the hostess take phone numbers to text groups when their table is ready like many restaurants do. When the situation with being skipped was identified at the hostess station, none of the hostesses seem to care and were very unapologetic.I don't know if the food is any good but I doubt I'll ever find out.
