The food is delicious, the service is very hot and miss. One day I'll go in and the employees are super friendly, the next I can't get them to look at me.

Honestly some of the worst pizza I've had in Colorado Springs, disappointing when fresh and nasty when reheated. They even forgot the sauce on one of our takeout pizzas!

Chill pizza joint kinda like subway but for pizza. I've been craving a ranch pizza with bacon, pepperoni, chicken, and onions topped with a buffalo swirl and they made it perfectly!

I don't know how, but they make pizza that is so good so fast. I always have to stop by Mod's whenever I'm in the area!

The customer service here is dogsh!t. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place as soon as I walked in. The two girls that make the pizzas were not friendly to say the least. They felt bothered when I asked for extra cheese. Nothing about this experience was nice. Get friendlier staff.

I hadn’t been to mod in about a year and decided to grab lunch there since I loved the caliexico last time. This time I ordered the same thing, and asked for no blue cheese. The employee acknowledged the request and then wrote no blue cheese on the ticket. I paid and waited for the food once it was done it wasn’t set for “to-go” like I asked and it had blue cheese on it….looked like blue cheese was crossed out? Not sure why. Didn’t end up eating it:/

Dinner last night. Pizza was 4 stars. The woman on the phone seemed to have a hard time. Because I went here before, I knew to order for pick-up at 6 and then get there at 5:50, so I could get it (my pizza) fresh. So, it ended up being not bad overall. To compromise, I would end up giving this place a 3.5 out of 5 star rating. I would say I know good pizza combinations fairly well in general.Wheelchair accessibility: Idk about this, but I am physically disabled, and I would have appreciated more patience on the phone; and them spelling my name right, because I genuinely have communication issues that are physical;and I spelled my name out for the phone-operator, two, maybe 3 times in total over the phone, and they still got my name wrong.

The reviews made me think this was a good idea...it was not. We were traveling and didn't know the area. Maybe it would have been better if it wasn't take out? One of the 2 stars is because my 6 year old loved her pizza. The other one is because it wasn't truly awful once I used the hotel microwave to warm it up. The place looked clean and nice enough, so I didn't worry until I went to pay. I know prices are higher when you visit some places, so I expected it to be a little more pricey than where we live. When I asked for my order the cashier simply asked if the stack she was pointing at was mine. Lol - picture included of my 6" across $10 pizza.

Hey John!!! You and your team are horrible. The one with the red bandana had, the worst customer service ever. The cheetah print bandana lady, needs more training in customer service and asking simple questions like, May I or Can I help you? If you're going to have separate lines for pizza and salad you might want to communicate that with the customers. BTW, thanks for the expired coupons.

Kinda mediocre pizza, but good location for a quick bite to eat if you're in the mood for pizza.

Been coming here since 2017 and the food, plus service, are pretty consistent. N. Academy is our fave location in the Springs. Hands down.Vegetarian options: They have dairy-free cheese (Daiya) and the option to create your own pizza if you don’t like the meat-free options to choose from. The red sauce is vegan, but I’m not sure if the crusts are or not.

This used to be a good place. I ordered pizza and salad. The romaine was all nasty tops and no hearts. Then my pizza came out raw. I told the guy it was not cooked all the way. He said they couldn't cook it any more because the bottom would be burnt. They would make another one. Came out raw again. Still the manager insisted it was fine even though the meat toppings were cold in the middle. "What do you want? A bunch of free pizza coupons?" was his very grump response. No, I want a refund because I'm never eating here again.
