We've been here a couple of times, but my last visit here was above and beyond. We went during their happy hour and everything was great. In addition to their happy hour items, I ordered the black cod, wagyu steak tartare, and almonds. Everything was great, except the black cod. It had a strong fishy smell, which isn't typical of this fish. The waiter, Forest, realized I hadn't touched the fish when we asked for to-go boxes. He asked if everything was ok. I told him I didn't like it because of the fishy smell. He immediately took it back, took it off the menu and comp'd a few of our items. We were mind blown at the gesture. The fact that he noticed I didn't like the fish and asked for my honest opinion was impressive. I'm definitely giving that black cod another chance, because I love that fish. We will continue to dine here because of their great service, excellent food, and great prices. 100% recommend

First time visiting. Impressed with wine list and tapas. Felt a bit rushed towards the end. Understand the time limit. Maybe kindly point out the time before dropping bill on the table. If we are ever in the area again. We will return.

Amazing!!!! Food was interesting, hot, well seasoned and fresh:) Staff was just as wonderful and we will be repeat customers!! Our favorite two dishes were artichokes and black cod. Wow!

It was our first time to si e here - the Tapas were all excellent and the service was great considering they had a large crowd from “Parents Day” at the University and the Solar Exluose crowds. We'll be back - highly recommended! Jim

Mood tapas bar is a fresh breath of air in colorado springs for the latino community. I felt at home, from classic songs we'd grow up with to the friendly latino staff. located downtown with an elegant spanish flare. I absolutely indulged in the local wagyu cut with a yummy chimichurri sauce. peppers filled with goat cheese. not pictured were they delicious fried artichokes. the dessert was so yummy and fresh. on tuesday's they have happy hour all day. every dish we ordered was elevated.

Mood was nice enough but sadly, I expected far better based on the good reviews. The ambiance was clean, nice, fairly uninteresting. Service was fine. The Wagyu tartare, lamb belly, and pea risotto were the best dishes we tried. The iberico entree was also very good but a VERY small portion for the price. (We did not care for the fried artichokes, seafood trio, Caesar.) I would not return or recommend.

A very nice Tapas restaurant for a special occasion, as it's more than we usually spend on a meal for two. Our servers were helpful with our selections and attentive. The lamb and the cod were tasty protein plates. We also enjoyed the fried artichokes and the charred asparagus plates. Only bottled beer, no beers on tap, nice selection of wines and mixed drinks from the bar. We would return, the deserts sounded very special as well, but we both were very satisfied after enjoying 3 small plates each. A very nice experience in downtown COS!
