We've been missing a good ramen place since the one near us closed. We tried the Tonkatsu and Shoyu ramen bowls and loved both of them. Definitely coming back to try the poke.

Had Shoyu Ramen and they were nice enough to add just a little bit of spice for me (health reasons I have to avoid it) and it went down great without any problems for me :) The service was great and I think we picked the perfect time to come in as the place not having many people in it made the ambience great. This is easily the best ramen I've had in the springs hands down!

By far, the best Poke Bowls in the Springs! Worth the drive. The staff is always very friendly. The restaurant and it's restrooms are always clean. Fresh and high quality options.Vegetarian options: Tofu options is you are vegetarian. You can also select only vegetables. They have a large variety.Kid-friendliness: The staff is very patient with kids picking their options for the Poke bowls.

This was the first time my family and I, have come to a Mugi Ramen and Poke, and it was the best experience! The food was great, the customer service was superb. It's my son's birthday today, and the lady that helped us went above and beyond for him. She brought him a beautiful Japanese dessert, that was shaped as a fish, and 3 beautiful orange cakes. The lady is so sweet, and the food is great! We'll be back. Thank you for a great, first time experience!Kid-friendliness: My 8 year old loved the kid's ramen.

This place is exceptional. Both the ramen and the poke are some of the best I’ve had. Always fresh and amazing flavor combos. The staff are also extremely nice and always are a joy to talk with. Highly recommend.
Best ramen around! Our favorite is the Tonkatsu ramen and we love the Ika Geso Karaage (fried squid tentacles). The staff are so nice and pleasant.

My husband got the spicy tonkotsu and I got a poke bowl and food was 10/10. Freshest fish and creamiest flavorful ramen. In addition, we felt spoiled and taken care of the second we walked in!!! Julia, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed including our 2 year old, not hesitating to bring us some extra treats to keep everyone happy and entertained. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!!
This is definitely the best poke bowl I've had in Colorado Springs! I don't say that lightly since I am Japanese and therefore have high standards! The portions are generous, I LOVE that you can choose from their salads, which include extra protein, and all the other ingredients are fresh. My only complaint is that they tend to smother everything with way too much sauce, to the point where the rice is inedible because it all collects on the bottom.

The food here is good! Great service, very down to earth. The facility itself was so clean with music that isn't blaring making conversation difficult. My wife and I had ramen and it was so good. The flavor was so good.

Uhhh ya...amazing. I eat quite a bit of ramen and normally try Tonkatsu ramen first at any new place. I tried the pork bun and the Tonkatsu for lunch and literally came back for dinner with my wife and tried the Shoyu. This place is amazing. Their pork belly is superb. Soooo much flavor. Soooo tender. The noodles, the broth, the other ingredients all amazing. Just ordered it door dash too. It was good delivered too, as they put the broth separate from everything else. Just as good as eating in the restaurant. Give it a go!
