“Went late in the evening, about an hour before closing. Was greeted well. Invited to choose a seat. Promptly brought water and menus, and given what seemed like an appropriate level of attention. Food was served warm and had good presentation. Prices seemed reasonable and the place was clean. Even though it was Moderately busy for the hour, it wasn't loud. It was pleasant. I could hear my wife without my hearing aids.“
“Packaged very well and they didn’t forget a single thing. Even the extra sauce I paid for. A lot of places these days have workers who don’t double-check anything or can’t read apparently. And this coming from another manager of a restaurant. Food is good too!“
“Great food but their spiciness level was off. I asked for medium and my delicious fried rice was hard to taste cuz my mouth was on fire. I’d say on the scale of 0-5 they got that thing to 4. So, if you don’t like being in pain, I’d recommend requesting mild on the spice level.“
“Clean restaurant with fast and friendly service. They let me customize my toddler’s kids meal in about six different ways due to dietary restrictions and preferences and were very gracious about it. A hot meal at a reasonable price served very quickly with a smile. My toddler loves it!Dietary restrictions: We were able to get spaghetti and meatballs with no cheese (and sub chicken for meatballs since the meatballs have cheese).Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was well balanced with fruit pouch, broccoli, grains and protein. Staff was kind to my kid. Didn’t have to wait long for food and were able to customize kids meal as needed.“
“Definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. The portions are really good sizes. Dinners are $9.95The Pad Thai wasn't spicy but the green curry had a good kick to it. The egg rolls were kind of average. Overall really good for the price!“
“It was my first visit to Jasmine Cafe. I ordered Egg Rolls, General's Chicken & Chicken Fried Rice. I picked up the food and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My food was ready when I arrived.The food was hot and delicious. I would order again. If you are looking for a casual meal, I would recommend checking out Jasmine Cafe.“
“Good food with great customer service. After ordering a small size entree, I realized the cashier charged me for a regular size. I told them I didn't want the regular, because I watch my calories and that's why I ordered the small. The manager refunded my meal in full ( no charge) and since they had already made the larger size, they packaged up the difference and asked if I wanted to take it home for another meal. I ended up gifting that food to someone who needed it much more than me, so thank you ladies. Just wanted to let you know you're act of kindness was paid forward.“
“Fantastic. I ordered the white seafood udon. The crab was a little different than I’m used to. Great broth, great noodles. Mushrooms were a different addition I haven’t experienced though. Can’t wait to order more. The only issue was how full the soup bowl was. ??. My truck will never smell the same.“
“I have worked here for a couple months now. I have to say they are an amazing company with great food. They have the best chicken noodle soup (I’m sorry Campbell’s). I absolutely love the management and how they treat our customers. Even as an employee, I clock in to forget the stress of college and have a good time making food and serving customers. “The gal working the cash register was fantastic. She was kind and patient while I was ordering with 2 kids. Great option for those who need some gluten free option. I'd recommend signing up for their free rewards program which they always communicate if I want to use my rewards to save money“
“My two roommates and I decided to try it after getting a menu in our mail. The first thing we noticed with utter delight was the robo server with a cat face. Don't get too excited because there is just one, but it was adorable, and the staff were making sure we were well tended to. Two of us got the chef's dinner while one of us got a one-off order. No one was disappointed. There was so much food that we were having a hard time making room on the table. We had to leave with still yet generously filled boxes. For food and drink, we ran about 19 before taxes and 21 after taxes. The tip they got from each of us was well deserved as they kept us very satisfied. Very affordable and very generous portions. I can't recommend enough to sit down at least once and enjoy a robo cat faced server swinging by to deliver generous portions.“
“This place food tasted really authentic and good. The service was great, I changed my mind of eating take out after how welcoming they made me feel. Coming from being in Thailand 4 months ago, I can recall a state side place that will tasted this good and for so affordable price. I will surely be back few more time before I leave this town.“
