5 stars for our server, Molly! Not only did we love her positive personality, her menu knowledge was impressive, and she came with refills for our beverages before we had to ask. This was our first time here and we will be back to sit with Molly in the future!

We sure do love this location! We usually sit at the bar, but only while Stephanie is working. She is spectacular!! Attentive, personable and makes the whole experience the best!!! 10/10 recommend sitting at the bar during her shift!!

Taco Fix Tuesdays is an excellent bargain. $2 tacos. $1.79 beans and rice. Free chips and salsa. My salsa rating is 4.4

The lady and guy that were the only two servers, I think, at 1130am on a Friday, we're fantastic!

Overall pretty good experience, the food that we had was pretty good and the customer service was also solid as well. Pretty sure this place is a Chili's in different clothing. Even the design inside looks identical! Would definitely call this more Tex Mex than Mexican, but that's probably pretty obvious from how they brand themselves. Would recommend.

A very rude male host asked if I had forgotten my medication today at 2:50 pm on Sunday March 17th. Completely turned me away from wanting to eat

I arranged a catered lunch from the North Academy "On The Border" location for Women in Construction Week at my office for today. The food arrived on time and warm, the caterer set everything up for us and was very pleasant and kind. The food was delicious and plentiful for our group of eleven with plenty left over. This location did a great job and made a very memorable lunch for us. Thank you!

I'm not a fan, but it wasn't bad. Had a Mexican restaurant feel with Chili's food.

Love the tortilla soup here. Servers were short staffed, not server's fault he was the only one at top of lunch time.

Went to eat here for my 41st birthday and after we got seated, our waitress came and was in a huge hurry and was rude to my daughter when she was asked her drink order, then when my daughter paused before she spoke, the waitress quickly skipped her and moved on to ask the next drink order. Then she came with our drinks and said “I’m just putting the drinks all right here. I can’t pass them out because I’m busy and the only server here. I stated back “it is what it is”, and rudely said “fine I will pass out the drinks!!” That was enough. It’s not our fault you’re busy with your 3 tables in the restaurant that still had menus on the table and it’s not our fault that you seem to be a spazz and seem high on uppers. I said that we would just find another restaurant and she passive aggressively told us to have a good day and some other sarcastic comments. Well we did have a great lunch at another establishment. Oh and did I mention it was my birthday? Yeah, had a great day not at On The Border.

This was our first time visiting On the Border and it was a positive experience. We were greeted by the host but it was a rather strange experience. The host and hostesses were talking to each other after asking us how many was in our party and then he started walking away and we were unsure if we were to follow him or not. We were seated and our waitress was very sweet and kind. She didn’t really check on us while we were here but she was very sweet. Food was great. We love the food and their queso is bomb dot com! I would come here again for sure! They also give you free chips and salsa! ᵕ̈

The food the first time was AMAZING! the second time was literally inedible! The brisket burrito had so many jalapenos in it that it was impossible to get a break from the spice, the tortilla was so soggy which I get because we had it delivered but it was just a terrible let down and we will never order from there again
