Waited 45+ minutes as she attended to two other customers & barely even made eye contact with me. Her dogs were barking loudly the entire time. Bad prices. Entry is difficult & unwelcoming. Dont recommend, very bad customer service!

There's no way to smell the tea or get a sample before you buy. Disappointed I drove over an hour for the tea selection and if I bought any it'd be a total shot in the dark as to the quality and age of what's in the jars.

Shes priceless! A wealth of knowledge. Shes a walking dictionary . She has helped.many in my family so grateful that ny daughter that has twins with autism, (she helped) sent me her way.

Clara is amazing! She is so knowledgeable! Every time I shop there I leave knowing more than when I walked in. The selection is huge, her blended teas are amazing. And her blog is jam packed with great info. I suggest to everyone in town who is looking for an herb shop to check out Organica.

Very impressive selection of teas and herbs. Prices are a little higher than other tea shops, but I appreciate that this tea shop is 1. On the West side, 2. Has knowledgeable staff, and 3. has such variety that you don't need to go anywhere else. One of the teas I got was White Coconut Cream. It was so flavorful and indulgent that it was worth every penny. So far, the quality is superior to other local tea shops in my opinion.

A Colorado Springs gem!I love this store. It has great atmosphere, the owner (Clara) is knowledgeable and very helpful. Plenty of herbs and a large tea selection including; Pu-erh, green, oolong, white, and black tea, plus some tea pots, infusers, organic chocolates and candies. She also ships orders to you if you cannot or do not wish to drive to the shop.A tea shop with heart. I highly recommend Organica to everyone who likes tea.

I’ve been going here off and on since I was a teen but came back to visit during vacation and was so happy to see that things are still incredible here. Clara is so kind and knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to ensure quality both in and outside of the store (like providing secure packaging and instructions for travel to keep things fresh). She was very friendly to my whole family. Absolutely cannot wait to see this store expand to online so that I can have the comforts of home all the way in Texas!

I went to this shop September 2020 and there was a nice young lady I think her name was Cloe who was so enthusiastic and excited about teaching me about supplements as well as herbs. She knew so much and helped me with with joy to want to learn more about tea, herbs and supplements as well as the places to go in Colorado Springs that only natives would know.When I came back this year to get more tea for our visit as well as supplements I was met by a very rude women who was to busy to help me. I was so disappointed.
