My partner and I go here frequently and absolutely love it. The sushi is very good (I highly recommend the Colorado Springs Roll), and the ramen is easily the best ramen I've had in the Springs. The staff is very friendly, and is extremely attentive, I don't think I've ever seen my water go below half! This is probably the easiest 5-star review I've ever given.

I really enjoyed the Miso Tonkotsu with chashu (pork slices). Excellent flavors that mixed together to make a complex taste. My only soft recommendation is to bring the salt level down just a little bit.

Fantastic food and amazing Ramen!!! My son ordered the tonkotsu ramen and the broth was rich, flavorful, and delicious. The portion of pork belly was adequate for the price. He was very happy.The big thing for me was the sushi. I had bariatric surgery and can only eat very small portions. Unfortunately rice is something that does not sit well with me anymore so usually that means I cannot partake in any of the sushi rolls. Osae was so wonderful, they made me sushi rolls without rice! Yes I know I can order sashimi, but they have amazing rolls with creative ingredients and I was so happy to be join in on the sushi roll fun.It was just a fantastic meal with excellent service… oh and about the service… all of the service staff will check on you to make sure your meal is just right, so you’re never waiting to catch your particular servers eye. Even the owner checked on us. Truly and exceptional restaurant . Thank you!

We come to Osae a lot, at least 2 times a month we had always had top of the line service and food until today. The service was so bad it was ridiculous, the dark hair server with glasses was cold with us for no apparent reason. Our water didn’t get filled ONCE after we asked her for more. The ramen was COLD the sushi had no flavor besides MAYO. Sad to say we won’t be coming back here again.

A chill hole-in-the-wall spot that has fantastic prices, always makes you feel welcome, has an amazing atmosphere, and gives you filling portions. The waitstaff are always friendly and willing to answer questions. For sushi, it's probably the best place to go in the Springs.

The ramen was so bland that I didn't finish half of my bowl and left the rest - the waitress also misinformed me about the gluten-free options and knocked me in the back of the head with a baby chair with no apology (I did get an "oopsies," though.).I would not go back for multiple reasons.Dietary restrictions: The waitress gave me the wrong information when I asked about the gluten-free options and didn't check her information until after I ordered - I had to modify my order twice, and ended up hating it.
Food was AMAZING! Staff was very attentive. We had the mangolian beef, King Kong roll and shrimp tempura, 10/10 recommend!!! Def coming back ?

Osae has delicious food, great service, and a quaint atmosphere. The Peterson roll is so good, and you should try the stir fry udo noodles ?. If you have a big party, be sure to make a reservation because they have a small space.
