Our party ordered expensive bone in Ribye steaks, my steak had a bad after taste, my dinner mates also stated their steaks had a bad taste. One mate sent it back, the new steak still had a bad taste. The servers were slow, didn't ask to refill drinks, table needed a proper cleaning. No recompense was offered for the terrible steaks. The only good part was the Bloomin onion.
CALLED Nico the manager confirmed special offer that another outbacks didn't have needless to say server Nicholas"Nick set us off to a good weekend very attentive the best service I ever had and the food was the best meal I can recall amazing Lobster and steak its so nice to go out and not have to stress over a worker who really doesn't care or food that isn't as you really imagine or as it appears on TV. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS as a matter of fact we had to call Nico before we left the parking Lot had to mention we felt like were treated like Family.Ask For A roasted Jalapeño to top it off.

March 22 at 7 as soon as we walked in the door it was a uncomfortable feeling the hostest and and staff of about 3 huddled around each other whispering chuckling when my daughter said something about being seated and high chairs they looked at her and kept talking. until I said hello .. they quickly took us to the back table seated by the bathrooms in a booth fitted for four adultsuu could putv6 small adults there.. you placed themenus on the table set somebody will be with you I had to ask a young lady that was avery nice girl for some help. By her Expressions I could tell that she knew what that waittress,\ hostest did masessed up!; there was no room to put two high chairs and the waitress knew it and still expected us to cram in there will I and my daughter are still standing in the walkway with two babies and can't sit down it was embarrassing the young lady goes and tells them whatever she says and we are moved to the other side . Are new waitress blond shorter lady ...It must have been her bad day "we all have them") so I wasn't holding it against her until It kept going on and on very rude and considerate impatient and spoke to us as if we were bothering her I felt that the entire time I was there. The food was overpriced and was not great I was really disappointed. I'll I didn't receive a second look towards my way by any staff I didn't receive a ref or bread that I asked for and the food was cold my steak was not cooked right. It was extremely disappointing to try to get together on such occasion 4 days before to go through this and not to be mindful whatsoever about your gueststhat has gotten ready out the door to come to your establishment for a change of scenery feelings for dinner . I even called 2 time after this because I was so blown away by there service and food we a we all together spent at least $200 or more we all paid separately and we all tipped.

Me and family went here and it was like 30 minutes before closing as we did not realize they closed at 9 on Sunday. Our waiter Rob was absolutely amazing working with us and was constantly checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Outback y’all need to give Rob a raise he’s a fantastic member of your company!! This one star is not just for this specific location, it is for the entire franchise of Outback. Outback use to be the go-to spot back in the day, and you could expect good food no matter which location you went to. Every time I have eaten at an Outback these past few years the food quality continues to spiral downhill and each experience is worse than the last. At this point I would be happy to see every Outback close down its doors so better restaurants could take their spot.Ordered to-go tonight from this location and spent almost $100.1. They forgot to put a whole appetizer in the bag2. The only thing I ate for my dinner was the salad, bread, and baked potatoe which was dry and hard.3. The ribeye was the main course and after taking a few bites it went straight in the trash. For a $40 steak it was inedible due to the poor cut of meat that was literally all grizzle and fat.
