I usually order from this place. It's been good for years but these past 2 times it's not been great. The people are always nice. But the first time I ordered this week, the fried rice tasted and smelled bad. Kinda like old grease. I figured it was just a bad batch that sat out too long. Today I ordered again for lunch during my lunch break and 5 minutes after eating my stomach hurt so bad! My stomach is sensitive but I've NEVER had a problem with Panda. I'll still eat panda probably but not from this site!
Been a long time panda fan. But at this location came in around 7-8pm, place was empty. Orange Chicken, Chow Mien, and Wantons not fresh, soggyDon’t go here during slow hours! You’ll get old soggy food! I’ve been disappointed 3 time in a row now :(

I’m very disappointed I come here often the normal manager was not there and I could tell I asked them to make super greens which they did but then they gave away the last of the string bean chicken that I asked for to another order and then I had to wait nobody told me anything I’m watching a guy with red hair and a hat stuff this container full of food and uses his fingers to get the lo mein inside of the container. I was grossed out by that I just left. I waited 10 minutes for no food. They never acknowledge me I just walked out. The two people who were in the back on the grill were goofballIng around and dancing and carrying on like they didn’t have orders to get out. I understand making a workplace fun but I’m sitting there for over 15 minutes still without my food, no one even rung me up to pay for my order, a crowd of people came in. They were all served and left back out and I was still sitting there waiting for my food.i just walked out didn’t say anything to them

This review is strictly for the service. It's Panda Express, it's 2023, if you don't already know that the food is sub par then I envy your naivete. Jennifer was provided amazing service. She was incredibly kind and professional! Went way beyond usual fast food service. Will definitely return to this location because of her!
