I just tried the chicken and balsamic salad. It was not good. The Lettuce was limp the Avocado hard. Found dressing at the bottom of the bowl. Not enjoyable.

Our food was prepared to our liking and was very good. It is getting to expensive to eat out often, but Panera will be on our list of places we like and have had good service and quality food.

I was immediately interrupted when placing our order by Lori. My girlfriend has a swore mouth from the dentist and I was trying to do the speaking. She made sure she spoke, it was very disrespectful.

Always good food here at Panera Bread! The broccoli cheddar soup and the mac & cheese here is amazing! The sandwich I got was loaded with steak which was delicious. I feel like the food here is overpriced a little but nonetheless great spot for lunch and dinner.

This location decided it was a good idea to hide their cups behind the counter so the poor people cant find them. With everything that’s happening in America, the cost of living, homelessness, poverty, they decide to enact this anti-human policy. If someone who cannot afford a couple dollars for a cup, or just needs a drink of water, they will not find refuge here. What a wonderful community we have. Shameful.

Today after work I ordered some sandwiches and I stopped to pick that up with my dirty clothes. Of course, some smart @$$ girls wanted me to provide that I'm the one who ordered that sandwiches. Since when did PB have a policy to ask everyone to provide their orders? That little smarties ruined my dinner mood.When I entered, there wasn't anyone, now I understand why people skipped this junk place.

Ordered online had my wife pickup my order she said staff was rude! My order was inaccurate & my bread bowl was rock solid. I'll never order from them again!
I come here almost daily for the sip club rewards (2 months of free drinks when you sign up) and it’s been a great experience so far! The charged lemonade replaced my daily red bull lol. The mobile order reward system is the only way I’m able to afford Panera, definitely worth it! The lobby is always clean and their staff is very friendly

Normally visit the South Gate location in Co Springs for take out. They are normally on point and fast with their orders. When they are not, it is out of their control, specially when short staff. I do have one suggestion for cutlery to use prepackaged not loose items. The front is usually clean, and the cashier is a pleasant. You can really tell the difference when they feel overwhelmed, it is a busy location.

I like the food here but it is so expensive, I would study here if it was in my budget! It's crazy that one time I paid $25 for a soup and sandwich. Employees are also friendly but they seem too friendly, like they're being forced to talk to everyone. However, when I do Uber Eats here, picking up orders is quick and easy compared to other places. There is also always parking, which isn't guaranteed in this part of town.
