Ordered $100 in pizza and they didn't deliver the 10 marinara sauces. I called the store and they told me that they'll get me next time on it. That doesn't help me right now. I asked if they could provide a refund for the marinara sauces and they said they couldn't.Note: The The sides of the marinara sauces are almost $1 a piece.

On January , Friday the 26th my family and I placed an order on line for a pizza. Long morning , longer night. We have placed orders with this pizzeria before and it was for the most part fine.After having a very long morning / night , we placed our order. Hungry , we ate a couple of slices and went to bed. It wasn't until the next morning that we discovered the pizza ( we we're going too have it for lunch) was dough , not fully cooked. My daughter filled out a form with customer service , the form stated we would hear back within 48 hours. We've since heard nothing. I decided the same day that I would call and state my grievances. The manager ( friendly ) didn't state he was the manager until I asked. He was hesitant. I stated what I stated above , verbally. I also stated that we weren't trying to get a free pizza or a refund. Let's be honest , people do that. Complain and it's not valid for a free-bee. I had no energy to take back the uncooked pizza nor the time. There was no mention of a credit a refund or a pizza, , just a promise that it wouldn't happen again. We won't be doing business with this establishment again nor my family or friends. Customer service should be top tier and keeping satisfied customers should be held in high esteem, especially in this day and age. High cost of living and we're all just barely making it. Who has money too waste?

Ordered an hour before closing. Uber driver went to pick up order and they closed early and never even made the order. Wasted the drivers time and gas. Based off all of the other reviews y’all are trash and not even sure how this location is still in business. Trash trash trash location, you all should be ashamed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered from this location last night and my pizza was left on the porch in 30 degree weather. I called the location. The manager didnt do anything except put the driver on the phone, who argued with me that leaving the pizza in that weather was acceptable. Weak manager, rude and childish driver.

We ordered delivery tonight & just wanted to shout out this store for how amazingly they deal with situations.
Our delivery was ordered through the Papa Johns app, but, like many places are these days, they were short on drivers & had to get a Grubhub driver to bring the order to us. The 1st driver attempt I think they got lost & couldn't find our address (granted, it's a bit difficult with GPS). The app said our food was delivered, but we were outside & there was no delicious pizza in sight.
We waited a few minutes before calling the store, where I believe someone named Jordan spoke with me. They were super upbeat & sweet during the whole process & made sure we were taken care of for dinner tonight.
Situations like this can be frustrating for all sides, but they went above and beyond being so kind & keeping me updated once they knew what the new game plan was.
Our food was warm & delicious. Especially those Twix desserts they have right now.
As kind as they were during all this, I 100% recommend them. One of the tastiest Papa John's locations we've eaten at in a long time, too!
