Dang it! I have been coming here for over 15 years...and there were always a few team members working and slinging out pizzas and great customer service! Not anymore :(I placed an online order that said it would be ready in 30 min.. I went in 10 min early because there was no wait and nobody in the store. When I came in I waited up front for a few minutes and then was finally greeted by a man on speaker phone having a conversation. He then preceeded to make the pizzas like it was a daunting task. It was messy and i understand when there is a rush, but not when the place is empty. I saw something about new management in another review, and if this is how they run it.. it is sad..

Very disappointed in this store. We’ve been coming here for 4 years and since the new management change, we visited this location once recently and WILL NOT be back. The employees were treated like crap by their shift manager and us, as customers, walking in to pick up our order were treated like we were a major inconvenience to them, along with the other customers who walked in after us. From now on we are set on going to the Austin Bluffs location to order our Papa Murphy’s. Do better Papa Murphy’s on Union.

Very poor service. Ordered pizza over the phone. Severe language problems attempting to order. Order was not ready at all on arrival to pick up. Still had language issues at the store and they made the wrong order while standing there. Took it anyway just to get out of there. Sorry, but we're done with this location after years of patronage.

In 2017, I left a 5 star review for this Papa Murphy's location due to great and friendly staff and quick service.In 2024, I am changing this to a 1 star review.The reason for my low rating is the staff are not friendly, they are slow and they skimp on toppings. In the past, a family size pepperoni pizza had 80+ pepperoni slices with wall to wall slices. Over the past few months, I have ordered no less than 10 family size pepperoni pizzas. Each time, I counted the number of pepperoni slices and the most I ever received was 36 with an average of 30. I even asked for extra pepperoni and received 38 slices. Don't even get me started in the low amount of cheeseAnd in the 10 times I have called and ordered pizza and gone to pick it up, the staff has sounded and behaved like I am interrupting their nap and that it's an inconvenience to take my call or have me come pay for my pizza.As much as I love Papa Murphy's pizza, I will not be visiting this location again unless I hear that things have significantly changed. Very sad.

I personally will never go in this store again. My daughter wanted pepperoni pizza for a late dinner. I went here . Granted it was 755pm. I didn't realize this at the time. I walked in . First employee I looks up from phone and says "closed at 8" ok. Employee number 2 comes out and says we close at 8.Um doors open. Signs on,but can't make a pepperoni pizza, If you go home at 8 and not close at 8 state that on your store or website. Dint look at me and tell me you close at a time later than me standing in your store. Austin bluffs is our new location . Very dissatisfied
On line order. Easy. Ready when I got there. 3 family size pizzas. All of them as ordered. LOTS of toppings. Monkey bread a nice dessert.

I've never had a problem at this location. The employees are nice and seem like they're having a good time.They always have my order ready; typically a few minutes before the promised time. If I do happen to order in store they make it quickly. Sure, it's cheap pizza, but I've never had an issue with the quality of the amount of toppings provided.
Amazing how this is the only Papa Murphy's in town cutting back so heavy on toppings WHILE upping prices. $6 + tip for a large with 15 pieces of pepperoni. They also now opt out of the Tuesday deals. On the upside it was fast...

Everytime I go here now, the folks working here are slow, and barely able to speak english. Last night had to wait for 15 minutes while lady working behind counter wasnt helping and just talking to the guy making pies. How about getting on board and throwing some ingredients on dough and getting customers out the door?? Also they dont honor the tueday $10 specials.

Didn't expect perfection for 5 dollar Friday large pizza. Last 9+ years they've been a good value acceptable pizza. Today our large pizza literally had skimpy cheese and 13 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. $5.99+ 1.00 tip. $7.00 for this? I suggest Dominos. Better value to be sure.
