I walked in excited to try a $5 Friday thin crust pizza.I wasn't acknowledged even though they weren't busy, so I just looked around and observed for a moment and looked over and saw a younger employee (maybe in training?) with his hands in his apron, or pants? I couldn't tell and didn't care to examine the situation any further.This happened at about 3:25pm on 3/1/24 you can pull the cameras and PLEASE talk to your employees regarding the impression this gives -when are hands are not out front and working and instead hidden for whatever reason behind an apron or in their pants... that it's hard to distinguish -please talk to them about perspective, the importance of handwashing especially after something like that and overall hygienic expectations.I left and will never return.Bummer because I haven't eaten there in forever and was really excited to.

I ordered online last minute for Valentines Day dinner and they had it ready in 30 mins! Everything was so fresh and delicious! The customer service is way better than the south academy location! Thank you for being amazing!
Why am I calling at 7:40pm on Saturday when it says online and on Google they are open until 9pm, no one is answering . I called 3 times and waited in-between in case busy and still no answer.

Every time I go there, the workers have been quick and fantastic to work with. I love that I can get a gluten free and dairy free pizza with whatever toppings I want for a decent price. Papa Murphy's is a pretty frequent go to for us.Dietary restrictions: Love that you can get dairy free and gluten free pizza here in a decent size.
Worst experience I have had with a pizza company. I said repeatedly on the phone that I wanted a calzone with veggies and a large cheese pizza. I even asked him to repeat the order and I said no I want the calzone. When I got there they had the entire order wrong and gave me a large veggie and large cheese, I have witness that were with me. But thanks for the cocky attitude and denying what I said that wears a blue hat. Please they rip you off and they always are chatting it up laughing giggling. But I guess you don’t care about your own customers. I would give this a -10

I called and ordered my food at 7:15pm when I got there at 7:45 the door was closed they wouldn’t open it and they were cleaning getting ready to leave. I thought you guys close at 8. Go somewhere else where they are going to treat their customers respectful and kind. They were laughing as I tried to tell them at the door I just ordered on the phone at 7:14 and they just nodded their head no and ignored me after that.

I'm no expert, but I'm fairly certain that this isn't what a pizza is supposed to look like. Very thick pile of ingredients in the middle that I had to spread out by hand after adding additional sauce to the large area which didn't have any.Edit: I don't know if this will add any personal accountability, but my "host" was Katie.

The papa Murphy's on circle and galley is awful . The one I normally use on Colorado and 31st closed down due to a fire and I've been going to this one I've gone five times and only got the pizza right twice I order a five meat stuff pizza with no sausage on it I get a onion pizza with nothing but sausage and onions on it we'll never go back to that one
