He has incredible customer service, always but especially tonight when I ordered pizza online but came to pick it up after they had already closed (not realizing they closed) and he ended up opening the door and giving me my order and for no charge. It was so kind!

Somebody kid witha a bandaid, making food left the food line to work the register...after I had waited nearly 3 minutes, before another customer came in where, we both waited an addition minute or so before ANOTHER customer walked in.This kid takes off ONE glove. His hand had a bandaid on it ? and tried to one hand the register. He couldn't and had to take both gloves off.After serving the register line, he hops back on the line and puts on new gloves with his filthy hands.The whole point of gloves is for you to handle them with clean hands.Gross

I bought a 3 pizza on Tuesday for 10.99 they where made poorly I would rather pay full price and get what I pay for not a deal all you taste is tomato sauce and when you call to complain they say bring pizza back that why I bought Pizza because I don’t have time to cook and I don’t have time to drive back and forth so stop giving deal and make the pizza right!

I ordered 2 family size pizzas and cheesy type bread, spending nearly $45.I get back home only to find an ingredient we are suppose to add to the bread wasn't in the box. Sooo, I spent 15 more min driving back. No I'm sorry.. nothing. I wasn't expecting one but it would have been nice. As I was ordering the manager was busy talking to an employee. I'm waiting.. waiting.. small cough to get attention.. FINALLY after about 5 minutes he takes my order. I ask about a Club they have. Manager mumbled about being out of the cards. Oookay...The pizzas were not good. Before COVID hit I would buy pizzas about once a month and they were great. But.... something was 'off' with the pizzas. We agreed never to buy Papa Murphys pizzas. They were nasty pizzas.Parking: The pizzas were nasty. They tasted like no seasonings were added to sauce.

I have ordered online for pickup twice. The first time I ordered online and went to pick it up about an hour after ordering. When I arrived, I still had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be made. The second time, I ordered ahead to have my pizza ready at a specific time. When I arrived, apparently my order had been taken by someone else and I was told I would have to wait another 25-30 minutes.

The employees you have at this location are completely un professional. I walk in and they are cussing up a storm. I’m in the middle of making an order and one of the employees is talking over me to the guy taking my order. None of them are in uniform and they are throwing trash at each other and horsing around while my food is being made. Also the fella taking my order was quite rude. Maybe I’m getting older or your staff needs a lesson in customer service and professionalism.

I went to call and order two pizzas on the phone with one of their customer service representatives, I get there and I pay for it and they tell me that they’re working on my order now my pizza sat on the back racks for 20 to 30 minutes until they finally found the order because they had the names messed up, and then we go to cook the first pizza and the dough was so dried out on one side that it got stuck to the cardboard and card Board was stuck to our pizza, so I had called and explained, and asked if we could get a remake, I go to get the remake and one of the people at the register make a slick comment under their breath saying well, you should’ve brought the other pizza back when the lady on the phone never said to bring any pizza back , and Continues to keep making comments under her breath as I’m walking out the door, so then I call, asking to speak with a supervisor and not a shift leader, And they hand the phone to the same person that Was making comments under her breath, and then she hangs up on me, and I called back asking when the next supervisor or manager was going to be in and they just sat there in silence, and then hung up on me again . Never will be back again especially After the way, I was treated especially being a paying customer
Used to be repeat customers, but I've seen mosh pits with better organization. On entering the store, there's no rhyme or reason to what's going on. It's unclear who is ordering, who is picking up, who to talk to. I ordered online, waited for a bit, and then got someone's attention to ask where my pizza was. They said I had to tell them I had arrived to start making my pizza (?). I think they don't understand the nature of online ordering. Unfortunately, negative experiences have only become more and more common at this location.
