UPDATE: 2nd time here and I decided to try their soul food. The green beans, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw and 6 piece wings (You’re a Jerk Sauce) and reminds me of home.The rename and redesign piqued my curiosity. The food and the service were perfect. I love the special they have right now (pho w/ 6 wings) because I couldn’t decide what to try first! I want to try everything on the menu after experiencing my first meal here.- Cajun Dry Rub Wings - BEST in CoS- Small Chicken Pho - BEST Broth in CoSI’m ready to give this place all of my money honey. They have authentic Vietnamese, real Soul Food, AND street style Mexican (forgot to take pic of separate Mexican menu but I’ll be back to order one of everything!)

WARNING!!!!Let me start by saying, I have NEVER left a bad review at any restaurant or business in my life; however after what we experienced last night I felt I must for others.My wife and I were visiting beautiful Colorado Springs for a weekend trip and we eat pho often out and at home as she is Vietnamese. We love supporting local Pho businesses around the country and decided to drive 35 minutes to PHO KING WING over many other places.We arrived and were seated promptly around 9:30pm on a Saturday night. They had 4 other tables occupied all waiting for food or orders taken. We sat there for 30 minutes without a word being said to us while one of servers stood next to our table chatting with his friends the whole time at other table. The lady that sat us, decided to clean a table instead of acknowledging us again after about 20 minutes.We walked out disappointed.

Let me start by saying, if it were just about the food I would rate this place 5 stars any day of the week. They really have the market cornered of great pho in the area, but…Sadly, I can’t rate on food quality alone.We started coming here several weeks ago. We immediately loved it, and since that time we have ordered from here at least 5 times. We always get takeout. — Then, on one of our takeout orders they forgot one of our main dishes and a couple of extra side we ordered.We called them and they graciously gave us a credit for the missing dish. That made us feel good, so we ordered from them again, and everything was fine.Then, tonight, we ordered once more. One appetizer and three extra sides were missing. — Frustrated does not begin to explain how I felt.Typically, when we order take out we tip at least 10%. Losing 10% + the missing items (approximately $15-$20 total) does not make us feel good at all. Especially when we’re willing to drive nearly 30 min. out of my way to get food from this restaurant.We REALLY like them, they have great pho (probably some of the best we’ve had), but we just can’t justify losing $15-$20 every time we order. Yes, I know we can call them and ask for a credit, but we shouldn’t have to.My gut tells me they have just grown too quickly. But that’s not really a good excuse.Unfortunately, this will probably be the last time we order from them. …which I hate.My only advice… Double check every order, especially takeout orders. Missing items from your order is one of the worst experiences ever, and ridiculous.
All around great experience. The menu has a wide, mixed variety that all turned out tasty. The ingredients of the pho I tried this visit were fresh and clearly good quality. Flavors were awesome. Absolutely returning to sample the other fare.

The food is so delicious and the staff is friendly and relaxed.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoy the food, there are high chairs and an open layout. Dining room is small, so you can see where the kids are if they get up from the table.Wheelchair accessibility: The layout is big, with movable tables and chairs to accommodate a wheelchair at a table.

Was apprehensive at first because of the very diverse menu but all our food was delicious. Garlic mashed potatoes were amazing! Pho had terrific flavor, even if portions were a little small. Wonderful service.
