Good pho. Convenient location. Great vietnamese coffee. Noodle bowls were good. We didn't feel rushed as we ate and talked. Came in for lunch during the rush. There are booths and tables as well. Sit down wherever, order, and pick up or order and have it delivered. The service was good and cucumber water kept coming. It's definitely worth a stop! Warmed my belly on a cold day and 2 entrees, spring rolls and coffee came out to $40ish bucks. Wish it was less expensive, but these are the times we live in now, I guess..

I've been going here for over 5 hrs and this place never disappoints. One of the best if not the best Pho places in town. Not pretentious with a fancy building or inside but just great food every time. Some people say the staff isn't nice but they are just curt/business only. Once you get to know them they are very warm and friendly. Local small women owned business who just wants to make good food. Once you try it you will understand.

Tucked in a shopping center on Austin Bluffs, this place has lots of parking and easy to find since they're located in the front. When you walk in, there's lots of bench seating on the sides and tables in the middle which you can choose from. They'll soon come over with menus and take your drink orders. We always have to order one pho each as the portion isn't too big. No matter what you choose to have in it, they pretty much all taste great. The broth is really good compared to other places we've tried. We didn't try anything else other than their pho but we'll definitely be back.

The combo noodle bowl is what to get. Bring cash, or pay with cash app or venmo. Their credit card machine is frequently down.

My husband and I went in this morning to eat pho and weren't greeted at all by the server. She took our order and brought us water without ever saying a single word to us. What was extremely frustrating to me was that when other guests walked into the restaurant she greeted them and ask them if they wanted soda and asked “how are you?”. The whole experience seemed oddly personal to me. The food was bland but the customer service was unbelievable. If you’re looking for a good dine in experience this is not the place. My husband and I are huge food people and we love dining in, we’re both respectful and tip well, and I’m actually sad I wasted my money and time here. I was so disappointed that when she brought the ticket and just placed it on the table, I just paid the cash and left. Didn’t even finish my food. Just be careful with the discrimination.

I rarely find a need to write a poor review for any business in Colorado Springs, but I had been going to this restaurant for years. The women and men have separate working days to allow the women a day off I am assuming. Every single time I have come to place an order the day the men were working. The mess my order up. Until this past week I never thought it was on purpose but I always ask for my beef to be in a separate container because in the past they have forgotten to add extra meat after I paid. This last time I placed an order on a day (this week) when the men were working and the ladies had off, and I specifically (very politely and respectfully) pointed out that the previous times they had forgotten to add extra meat. IN any case, in order to demonstrate it was not a big deal that I simply just wanted my extras I ask for I even tipped an additional 20$ as a means to say “no worries, lets move forward) and show my good will toward their hard work and efforts. So, I assumed when I was passed my order after clearly requesting future orders be proper and they are acknowledging it will be good to go. I did not bother checking my order. I honestly assumed that giving a solid 20$ tip in a single visit would have been enough to make sure at very least in that single order it be correct. I go home unpacked my meal and being well built muscular man, I was looking forward to my extras, to my disappointment yet again. No extra anything. This is multiple times now that that the men when they are working that I have been blatantly ignored. As I stated the days when I go and it’s the women working they are amazing, absolutely respectful, and extremely good at what they do in their restaurant. I actually one time and the ladies had forgotten to put a part of my order in, and I was unable to return do to my work and school commitments for about a month, when I did they actually put replaced that item in my new order a month later and honestly confessed they had forgotten the item. I have chosen to not return to this location in the future. I am just over always making sure I tipi extra for their hard work only to be screwed when I get home. I know I know…it is easy to say I should check my order before leaving. But should I have to. When ever the women do my order it is always amazing never have any issues. In fact, they go above and beyond most of the time. As a man that appreciates good service , especially when I always tip well. I am just over it. I realize this is not a huge deal and I do not want to negatively impact the business by pushing others elsewhere, because the food is good and when the women are working the service is amazing. But in all honestly I do not think the men care at all about customers like the women, and unless I point this out as an issue, nothing will change for future loyal customers. So, my advice…if the ladies are working…expect amazing service and food…If the men are working expect poor and self-serving service and disrespect straight to your face. Also, check your order if the men are working if you are getting takeout. Because in my opinion they do not care what you think or feel they are going to do your order the way they want not the way you paid your hard-earned money and asked for it to be. I wish this business all the best. To ensure i do not cause issues I will remove the comment after i leave it up long enough for the ladies to realize what is going on during their days off. It is sad that you only get a single day during the week , and they still cant do things as good as you ladies do.
