The food and drinks are amazing. I would have given them a 4-star review, but I do not like that they use plastic bowls and utensils. Not enjoyable trying to eat your food with a flimsy fork.

I have enjoyed eating here for about a year, but I moved farther away and haven't been in a while. Tonight, I ate there for dinner, ordering my usual Special Noodle Bowl. The portion in the plastic bowl is smaller than it used to be, the price was $17, there were only 3 small pieces of spring roll, two shrimp, and more than half the beef pieces were completely unchewable. Not just a little gristle, but I had to spit out whole pieces. The waitress simply said, "I'll tell the kitchen." I waited a little, wondering if they would do something about it, but she came back out doing her usual work. I won't be back.

I cheated on my go to Pho place as I wanted to see if other local places were as good. I stumbled upon Pho#1 The place was packed which is usually a good sign. The menu has a large selection along with a large selection of Boba drinks. We ordered a rare steak Pho and a mixed Bun bowl. I am pretty particular and rate my Pho on 3 criteria; broth, meat, and freshness of the veggies. The broth was ok. It had lots of flavor but was a little fatty for me. The steam was very tender but only had 3 to 4 small ox's in the bowl. The veggies were a disappointment. The bean sprouts were brown and mushy. There was plenty of cilantro and lime options. The noodles were a little tough and chewy as it seems they didn't cook long enough to make them perfect. The Bun bowl was better. The egg rolls were crispy, and meat tender. The veggies again didn't seem fresh. Overall it is ok but I won't be straying from my go to place again!

Workers are rude. Not sure if it's a culture gap or something but horrible customer service. Food looked and smelled disgusting. Takes forever to be prepared. Also very dirty in here it smelled like a rat den.

This place is okay. Not bad, but not the best. I ordered the shaking beef, which was $18, and I felt like I barely had any meat on the plate for the price I paid. They had a large menu which is pretty nice, but everything just feels overpriced.

The food was really good for the most part. I loved the banh mi, portion size and fillings were great. The egg roll order was delicious and plentiful. The spring rolls didn't seem worth the hefty price and we weren't fans of their peanut sauce. It was pretty runny. The vermicelli dish was delicious but a little on the small side. My one big complaint is that while dining in, we got served with plastic disposable dishes, cups, and silverware. I feel like if we were taking our food home, that's understandable, but I'm not a fan of eating on it if I'm dining in and it also seems wasteful.
